My only response is yes it is 30 minutes from downtown during rush hour 4 pm to 6 pm, however it is only 20 minutes from downtown outside rush hour. I am talking about from the house to 6th street which is downtown and where the bars are. I have driven it in less than 20 minutes.

I do not know what got into Ben. It puzzles me why he wrote inaccurate information on this property three weeks after his stay. Not a peep out of him during his stay. Apparently, his gig was not all that successful and now it’s my fault. Mold on coffee maker, think about that, mold does not grow on coffee makers. Just not true. There are two coffee makers at house. Keurig K-Mini Plus Coffee Maker and Black+Decker CM1160B 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker. Icemaker was out in kitchen, he got me there. That has been repaired. He did have an icemaking machine that did work which Ben failed to use. He complained that the kitchen sink leaked and operated poorly. That is not true. I maintain 60 plus PSI water pressure in the house with excellent drinking water (I keep a 5000 gallon water tank at property where the house water is filtered and cured). I have a two-seat hot tub in the house that has to be filled each time. Water better be good. Don't know why he said that. The facet in the kitchen is high tech with a motion senser, perhaps that is what it is all about. Beds are single layer "plastic." Yes, most of the beds are bunk beds with single 10-inch mattresses with waterproof mattress covers. The "plastic" bed covers are a bonus not the other way around. These covers can be easily be removed. There is also plenty of clean spare bedding in one of the closets. All other non-bunk beds have box springs with mattresses. Appliances being original, just not true. Yes, the original built-in refrigerator is original but has new parts. He was right on the baking sheet. Must have been lost during the remodel. Bought a set of new ones. Bathrooms have original hardware. Not true what can I say. I researched this, it turns out that only one of the nine sinks in the house have original hardware. Regarding the loaf of bread in the pantry. That should not have happened and I alerted the cleaning staff. It is never good to get complaints and myself, as a host can always do better.

Regarding the Mayflies, highly seasonal. Only a few days a year when they hatch are they around in any numbers and it is throughout Lake Austin and Lake Travis. Sorry for any comments I made. I was referring to reports I have heard of young men that have jumped off the second deck fence into the pool showing off like the second deck fence is a high diving board. It is like a 20 foot drop into a 6 ft deep pool (very dangerous). This one issue is one of the main issues I do not rent to people under 25. People get wasted and do foolish things that can be hazardous to their health.
