This perfectly located townhouse is in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle. It is directly next door to our other, identical townhouse, and is only a two minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and clubs.

Off Street parking for 2 cars.

Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and very high end bedding for a better than home experience.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has two Stearns&Foster sleeper sofas, a big glass table that can seat up to eight and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room Although there is complete privacy, the second floor bedroom has a halfwall that overlooks one end of the first floor living room. The third floor has huge king bedroom with sitting area and a full private bath. The sitting area has a double sized sofa sleeper. The third floor bath has an oversized shower with shower heads on each end.

Each bedroom has a 32' flat screen television, the living room has a larger flat screen television above the fireplace. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping!

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.

The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and such are all within a block or less.

                                                      Very clean, conveniently located condo. Well equipped, very comfortable. We were woken at 2am on a Wednesday night after a nearby bar closed and the patrons decided to take the party outside. Loved the condo. Nothing you can do about the street noise.

                                                      The apartment was just beautiful. We've never slept in a more comfortable bed. The location was good, although the coffee shop and taco place across the street were very disappointing. One visit to each place was more than enough. Our daughter was in the Ironman competition, and it was a very easy walk to the site. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

                                                      This townhouse is in a perfect location. Even though the address is on Baxter, it is set off the street so there is a little barrier from you and the action. Uber was easy to use and came within minutes when we needed it. There are great restaurants within walking distance and a fabulous coffee shop across the street. The men's second hand store one block up is a total must, although there are many "vintage" clothing stores in the area we didn't have time for. We did spend a day at Churchill Downs watching the ponies run, it was an absolute blast! I would not hesitate to recommend this property for 2 couples, we had a great time.

                                                      Located in Louisville's most vibrant and sought after neighborhood, The Cherokee Triangle. Directly next door to an additional, identical floor plan townhouse VRBO 430762. The best of the city is at your doorstep, with fine restaurants, beautiful gardens, cafes, clubs and theater all within a few minutes walk. Although the neighborhood is an historic preservation district featuring lovely homes mostly built from 1865-1900, the townhouse is new construction on the toward downtown edge of the neighborhood.
