The Space:

Moso House features a large main house with 2 luxurious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living and dining area and gourmet kitchen. This all leads out to a decadent elfresco with gas bbq and dining plus leads you to the 2 cabins each with their own bathrooms.

The kitchen is a home cooks dream with a double fridge including wine storage, a double induction thompson oven with 2 ovens and 2 grills. An additional breakfast station has another wine fridge, full zip tap including sparkling chilled filtered water plus a nespresso coffee machine. The fridge is Liebherr with both ice and a seperate wine section,



The butlers pantry shares another dishwasher, laundry appliances and more space for food prep.



The Master bedroom features a ensuite with bath and shower plus a walk in robe.



Each bedroom is finished with luxury linen and each bathroom features underfloor heating. The external cabins feature high cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans and air conditioning and clothes storage armoires.



The entire house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning plus the main house has a wood burning fireplace.



The exterior is surrounded in lush native landscaping with a large private backyard with a pool lounging deck plus a wellness quarter with an infrared sauna, ice plunge and outdoor shower.



The pool is 5x3.5 metres - depth is 1.2 metres to 1.6 metres and is heated to 26 degrees.

We cater for 8 adults and can accommodate an additional 2 children or teens with 2 beni fold out swags on request.

Guest Access:

You have the whole house and grounds to yourself. This is a full time holiday and wellness retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Pearl Beach is quiet, leafy, exclusive and secluded.

We are in a residential area and have the community centre next door.



Getting Around:

Walking is best, once you get here.

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Location is fantastic so close to walk to such a beautiful beach. Accomodation suited us perfectly with teens able to stay in the seperate part of the house. The house had everything we needed gorgeous style clean and very comfortable.

Great comfortable getaway for grandparents, busy parents and little children. Lovely pool in leafy surroundings and very close to the beach. Comes with all the modcons and has a great outdoor living area which we took advantage of all day every day. Would recommend it to all and we hope to stay here again

Our family had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was well equipped and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the large backyard and there was enough room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a hit on hot days and only moments to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Ladies weekend getaway

We loved our stay at the cottage. The house is so pretty and perfect for our ladies weekend. The cottage is small but has everything you need. I probably wouldn't bring my young kids here as everything is so nice and they would just want to touch everything and the kitchen is rather tiny. The location is amazing!!. We had a beautiful breakfast at the cafe and a gorgeous meal at Amalfi just around the corner.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (No words needed)

My Family (sister/brother + partners + my children (and a Beagle + Spaniel) ) stayed here for a long weekend family break. This home is literally everything you could ask for. Spacious comfortable private bedrooms, large luscious landscaped secure yard, beautifully decorated, with well-designed spaces for everyone to enjoy. We spent time laughing together by candlelight at the oversized outdoor table, watching the birdlife and lighting the cozy firepit. We took the kayaks out for a paddle and a few of us braved the sparkling pool (Not me this time though). The kids watched some Netflix while we cooked up a seafood extravaganza in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed an afternoon spritz in the sunshine. We met the resident Bush Turkey and had a backyard visit from a Powerful Owl and an Echidna (in the garden! – SO exciting!!!). Not to mention the organic high-end treats (IKOU + Koala Eco products throughout), Books to devour, organic tea and thoughtful items like the washable dish wipes (and plenty of tea towels). The brilliant Sonos sound system – the chilled playlist is great thank you and of course the really comfy beds (My pregnant sister appreciated that!) There really isn’t a single detail that Carla, the host has not thought of. The location was literally a stone's throw from the beach and café (Takeaway Pizza from the café is delicious!) With a sunrise daily walk along the beach this is one of the most delightful, relaxing and beautiful Stayz we have had.

Loved loved loved our stay at The Greenhouse Pearl Beach. I have stayed I'm Pearl many times but have never been able to book this house as it's so popular. Finally I got to stay and it did not dissapoint. So many beautiful little touches made it so so lovely. Super comfortable beds, the heated pool, being able to walk everywhere. We had a perfect girls weekend away here, just wish we had stayed longer!!
