Welcome to our cozy cabin on Christopher Creek with all the amenities you expect for a relaxing mountain getaway.
Every season in Christopher Creek brings its own charm, being that the elevation is just under 6,000 feet. From the spectacular Fall colors to a Winter Wonderland of snow, and the beauty of lush landscapes in the Spring and Summer.
The cabin offers every relaxing luxury for you to enjoy, from a beautiful wood-burning fireplace to a sunken 2-person Spa on the deck overlooking Christopher Creek. We provide all the wood you may need to stay cozy in the colder months. We also have central heat and air for your comfort. Internet and Direct TV are provided. If you can pull yourself away from the comfortable surroundings, you will find amazing hiking trails and lakes adjacent to, or within a 10 minutes drive. With this short drive to the Mogollon Rim, you will find Willow Springs Lake and Woods Canyon Lake. Bring your Kayaks and experience the peacefulness of gliding across the pristine lake surrounded by pines. Bring a picnic lunch and spend a day spotting Ospreys and Bald Eagles, which nest in the pines and fish from the lake.
The cabin offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom, a Twin-sized Trundle bed, which sleeps 2 in the 2nd Bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. There is also a Washer/Dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with all of your cooking/baking needs, spices, coffee, tea, etc. There is also a propane BBQ grill. Should you need a last minute items, the Christopher Creek General Store is a short walk or drive from the cabin. There are two restaurant/bars to enjoy; The Landmark, which is directly on the Creek with outdoor dining available and the Creekside Restaurant, which has live entertainment on the weekends in the warmer months. We welcome you to enjoy our beloved cabin as much as we do! It's a wonderful feeling when you can take a big breath of fresh air and relax, leaving the city behind.
Please be aware that if you are visiting with children, the cabin is not child-proofed and there may be hazards for children and pets. Dogs under 20 pounds are allowed with prior approval and an extra fee. A driver's license and waiver form will be required to be signed in order to rent.

Awesome place near the creek. Sat in the spa watching elk walk by. The place is cozy and nicely decorated for fall. I say 10 out of 10.

You must make a reservation here! This is the type of cabin where one finds tranquility and quiet with a stream flowing by, yet is near the town of Payson with lots to do. Every detail of the decor is perfect! Very charming, yet rustic with a wood burning fireplace.

This was the perfect place to rest, relax, and recharge. The cabin was immaculate, there were easy to follow instructions for everything, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc., and the hosts were really easy to reach if needed. The creek outside was so wonderful to just sit and watch, and we had an elk visit in the front yard. I highly recommend this place.

beautiful area, quiet, deer, crickets at night. jacuzzi needs help getting out for safety for older people. tall lamps would help with reading in the bedroom. the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Lynne and Paul were nice and accomadating and easily accessible.

Amazing cabin stay. The creek, privacy, and views make it incredibly peaceful. The place was spotless. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Easily one of the most relaxing trips I’ve had. I’d stay here again and again. Highly recommend.

Location was great. Sitting outside on the deck overlooking the creek and the various animals was fabulous. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen with all the amenities we needed.

What a great retreat to get away from it all. The outdoor deck facing the creek with the Jacuzzi tub just can’t be beat for relaxation and reflection. There is plentiful outdoor space with seating to entertain.The country decor inside is warm and inviting with lamps everywhere and dimmable lighting throughout the cabin to set the tone The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and the rooms are warm and invitingCoffee on the deck at sunrise, or a cocktail on the patio for sunset is magicalOur host was responsive to our every need, even going out of their way to bring us an extension cord when we needed oneThis cabin gets my highest recommendation and I can’t wait to return

The host was very gracious and provided a very accurate listing of provisions. The cabin is directly on the creek which provided such a relaxing melody. The spa was very relaxing and the area is quiet. We enjoyed our stay!!

My family had such a lovely experience at this magical cottage in Christopher Creek. Imagine waking up to a crisp and cool babbling brook every morning just steps from our back porch. . .. This was what our visit felt like. In addition, we enjoyed a well-appointed kitchen, tasteful decor, and a perfect tiny hot tub for 2 with views. Our final morning, we enjoyed coffee on the front porch swing and even saw cows roaming by! Plenty of private parking, strong HVAC, comfy bed, and a great shower. We wanted for nothing and can’t wait to schedule our return escape!

Our cabin is located at the end of a quiet street. My favorite place in the warmer months is on the back deck overlooking the creek, relaxing on the oversized outdoor couch either reading or napping. I love listening to the relaxing sounds of the creek and the colorful, chirping birds. In the cooler weather, I love enjoying a roaring fire with a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
