The quarter with his theatres and very good restaurants is one of the most exclusive ones in town. Perfect location

Great space in a great location. Short tram or walk to most of the major museums. Large number of bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate surroundings Verh pleasant owner met us as we arrived.

Lovely, quaint (in a good way) little apartment in the heart of Vienna. Everything was in easy walking distance with plenty bars, restaurants & supermarkets within 10 minutes. The communications from the host was excellent & I’d happily recommend & stay here again

Wonderful, comfortable retreat!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Maurizio and Christian were very hospitable and helpful! They are thoughtful and responsive. The apartment is in a perfect location near the Rathaus.

Beautiful, charming apartment in great neighborhood

My daughter and I loved our stay here. The apartment is extremely charming and comfortable and the neighborhood is an easy walk to the major sites but is out of the over-crowded tourist areas and has lot of nice restaurants and interesting shops. Christian was an amazing host.

Perfect for your stay in Vienna

This charming little apartment definitely contributed to a lovely 3 days in Vienna. Our host, Mauricio, was on hand to welcome us and provide useful tips on getting around the city. Highly recommended.

PERFECT SPOT

This charming little apt' was perfect for our trip.Centrally located with easy access for walking or public transport. Our host Christian was very nice and extremely helpful.The apartment itself was full of old world charm,nicely decorated and well heated.We were so happy with this place and highly recommend it without reservation.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Beautifully decorated with some authentic Viennese touches. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The location is great, 20 minute walk into the centre of Vienna, but trams are an option as well. There was a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Excellent Host

The apartment was close to all that we wanted to see and do. Very convenient. We were so impressed with our host. He greeted us in person, showed us around the place, and even helped us find a nearby parking place for our car. We had a lovely stay in a place with old world charm.

Perfect location

We loved our stay; this apartment was the perfect location for exploring Vienna. It was a very comfortable stay (a few hot nights, but it was August so couldn't be helped!) and had everything we could have needed. The apartment was also very clean and the owners made sure our check in process was easy despite them being on holiday themselves. We didn't actually cook in the apartment because Vienna spoiled us with so many nice cafes, but we would have been able to easily, should we have needed. We would highly recommend the small restaurant next door to the apartment, it was a beautiful last night meal.

A taste off old Vienna

The property was centrally located on the street level floor of a 5 story building. The interior is comprised of 3 rooms: kitchen-dining, bath, and bedroom. It is beautifully clean, nicely decorated in contemporary/historical style, and all that you need for a very pleasant stay. We walked everywhere, took the trams, saw eleven museums, ate lovely food and cooked breakfast and sometimes supper in the apt. This is a lovely VRBO.

A very quiet, clean and well located appartment. Appartment had all amenties and thought had been given to what a guest needs e.g. books, dvd player, cd player, plates, crockery, filter coffee and tea. One small suggestion and that is to replace the hair dryer with one a little more powerful. Really is a minor suggestion. Will stay again when we return to Vienna this year.

Diese Wiener Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe im alten Stil erhalten und eingerichtet. Zum Eintauchen ins alte Wien. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Trotz unserer sehr späten Ankunft gab es noch eine gute Einweisung in die Besonderheiten der Wohnung. Christian und Maurizio waren sehr hilfsbereit. Danke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft in Wien

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft rundum zufrieden: die Lage ist top, sehr zentral gelegen, aber absolut ruhig; sehr netter Vermieter, eine Terminänderung klappte problemlos. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings sehr eng und klein, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in super guter Lage

Nahe vieler Orte in Fußentfernung (Rathaus, Volkspark, Museumsquartier z.B.), den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und einer funktionierenden gastronomischen Infrastruktur haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Très sympa

Hôte charmant , très prevenant et qui a su nous donner de bonnes adresses. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Petite superette au bout de la rue et à 20mn à pied du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied si on veut vraiment decouvrir cette très jolie ville, sinon metro et bus ou tram sans problème
