Vives en un apartamento privado recientemente renovado en una casa de pueblo del estilo wilhelminiano construido en estilo Art Nouveau en el 3er. Distrito de Viena en el centro de la ciudad. La excelente ubicación en el tercer piso y el apartamento de la esquina le brinda una vista clara del Canal del Danubio.

En 5 minutos puedes caminar a Rochusmarkt (estación de metro Rochusgasse) desde donde el U3 te lleva a Stephansplatz en pocos minutos. El Palacio Belvedere y la Casa Hundertwasser de Viena también se encuentran a pocos pasos.
La proximidad al aeropuerto y al Prater de Viena con el popular parque de atracciones 'Wurstelprater' y la famosa noria de Viena, sus bosques y prados completan la ubicación principal. El área de recreación es ideal para largas caminatas o trotar.
El Canal del Danubio (jogging, ciclismo, excursiones en barco) también está a las puertas. Se puede llegar rápidamente al centro de exposiciones de Viena a pie, en público o en coche. En el área cercana encontrará todo lo que necesita para las necesidades diarias: bancos, supermercados, panaderías, farmacias, lavandería, gasolinera, parque infantil, restaurantes y cafeterías, etc.

Cocina: La cocina es perfecta y de alta calidad con lavavajillas, nevera y congelador, cocina a gas, el. Cortadora, tetera, tostadora, etc. equipada. Por supuesto, también encontrará platos, vasos y utensilios de cocina.

Baño: bañera de esquina, lavabo, espejo, secador de pelo y toallas suficientes disponibles. WC separado.

The living and bedroom spaces are nice with a view of the canal. The bathroom and kitchen spaces are very small and cumbersome. The location is great with public transportation nearby. Check-in was awkward with keys being sent to our home address prior to travel. I was also a bit uncomfortable communicating outside of VRBO messages.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schön eingerichteten Altbauwohnung direkt am Donaukanal sehr genossen. Der extrem freundliche Vermieter hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Infos versorgt. Wir würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Excellent rental

I spent 34 days in the lovely apartment In Vienna’s Landstrasse District. It was convenient the concerts I attended. It is close to an UBahn station and buses.

Easy access to public transportation

The apartment in an historic building was roomy and quite comfortable with large windows looking out on Danube Canal...Five minutes to underground, which took us to center city in no time. Convenient to restaurants and groceries, coffee shops and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

Although not in the city central, we were able to walk to St. Stephen's cathedral in 35 enjoyable minutes. However, just two blocks from the apartment, we road the 4a bus to the the end of the line a block from the opera house in just a few minutes. Or three blocks away the tube will do the same. We preferred the bus. To get to Schonbrunn palace, take the tube. Get off the first stop and take U4 straight to the palace. On the way to the tube there is a an excellent Italian restaurant on the right. Order the pasta with truffles for a special treat.

Outstanding apartment in very convenient location

For two people the apartment was quite spacious. Everything we needed was provided. Internet was outstanding and there are lots of TV stations available, including at least 3 in English. Close to excellent grocery store and an Italian restaurant we visited two or three times. Short walk to Rochus Platz subway station which gets you quickly to transport hubs like Wien Mitte from which you can move easily around Vienna. We have visited Vienna a number of times and this time we used the subway far more than the tram. We strongly recommend buying the weekly transport ticket. Marc communicated quickly and helpfully, though we really had no issues. His system for dealing with keys works great. Highly recommended.

Comfortable & stylish apartment in Landstrasse

The apartment was comfortable & stylishly decorated, with great natural light & wonderful views. It was generously supplied for our one month stay, meeting all our housekeeping needs. We very must liked the location, which has easy access to the Innere Standt, with 5 minute walks to the 4A bus or the 1 tram, or about a $10 Uber ride. It was also an easy/pleasant walk to the Prater, a large public park with iconic amusement rides. Enjoyed the comfortable king sized bed & staying in a neighborhood more residential than touristy. Note you enter the apartment building on a ground floor & must climb a flight of stairs before access to the elevator.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Wien, da wir schon vorher sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen durch den Vermieter erhalten hatten und diese uns während unseres Aufenthaltes in Wien sehr nützlich waren. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir waren mit unserem Enkel (13 Jahre) da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da es sehr heiß war, hätten wir gerne bei offenem Fenster geschlafen...das war leider wegen der viel befahrenen Straße nicht möglich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehrslärm allerdings nicht zu hören. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung waren viele "Touriziele" sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen (Hundertwassermuseum, Prader, Abfahrt Donauschifffahrt...). Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahnstation waren fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, den Wohnungsschlüssel bekamen wir schon ca. 10 Tage vor unserer Anreise zugeschickt und alle Beschreibungen zur Nutzung der Wohnung waren klar und hilfreich. Wir können Vermieter und Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Little slice of heaven

Of all the VRBO places I’ve stayed (and it isn’t a small number) this is likely the most beautiful place I’ve been. If you’re looking for a bucolic getaway in a secluded Alpine village, this fits the bill. The charming little village center is simply a walk around the corner and the nearest grocery store is a 15 minute or so drive. The host was lovely, though English was difficult for her and we managed to get by using translation tools on Google. Highly recommend.

Hübsche Wohnung in Hundefreundlicher Lage

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund in Wien zu Gast. Am Kanal vor dem Haus und dem nahen Prater kann man den Hund ausführen (Tüten nicht vergessen) Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit dem Vorhang im Bad konnten wir uns gut arrangieren, da das WC separat ist. Die Lage für Ausflüge ist gut, einzig die Straße ist sehr laut, was durch die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage wieder wettgemacht wird. Vielen Dank nochmal an den sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter Herrn Frick Wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen, dann auch gerne wieder zu Ihnen!

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is charming as well as efficient. It has beautiful high ceilings, period details and a view of the Danube. The location was perfect for us - close to several transit options plus the river and the Hundertwasser Haus & Museum within easy walking distance. The kitchen, though small was just right for our needs. After three weeks of travel, we really appreciated the washer/dryer. It took a phone call with the property owner to make sure we knew how to operate the machine, and Marc was very prompt in getting back to us and explained everything very clearly. Marc is very friendly and a great host. He sent us lots of information about the property, getting around Vienna and great recommendations for places to eat. I definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Vienna.

A gem with a view

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had longer as just getting to know local area which felt very safe and navigate the public transport. It was walking distance to hundertwasser village which I loved. Go there late evening as less crowds

good location and spacious apartment in Vienna

The flat was as described, clean and wonderful sheets in a quiet and convenient location in Vienna. We found the host very helpful with many suggestions for restaurants, the public transportation and sites to see. Thanks to Mark we had a fun and enjoyable time in Vienna!

Very good value

We enjoyed staying with our two golden retrievers. Marc is a consummate host. The property was a good value for the money. Of course, as expected we used public transport or Uber to get to major attractions, but this would have been the case even if we stayed in central city. Area was quiet, which we prefer for a stay with our golden retrievers. Park along canal was great for walking dogs and running. Bathroom and kitchen were a little on the small side but had all the essentials. Living room and bedroom were large and breezy.

Beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need

Th apartment was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and bright with large windows providing plenty of light. The external shades were easily adjusted with a remote control. Given the heat, and endless hours of walking around Vienna, we were particularly grateful for the AC and for the lift to the top floor. The bed was comfortable and the linens of good quality. Towels were also good quality with extras available. The entire apartment is wired for sound--just turn on music in the bedroom and you have it throughout the entire place. The kitchen was compact and offered everything we needed. Having stayed in a place in Budapest where our sleep was interrupted by partiers outside and construction sounds, we really appreciated how perfectly quiet it was. Our host Marc was veryhelpful in providing directions from the train station using public transportation. He is also trusting, welcoming his guests with a bottle of red wine when all of the furniture is white;)! The only potential downside is that we needed to use the Underground, buses or Uber to get to all but one site (the fabulous Museum Hundertwasser is a few blocks away). If you want comfort and don't mind commuting back and forth, this is the spot for you.
