We arrived late due to flight delays, and Lucretia was very dilligent in working out a way for us to get our keys. Communication was great along the way, from answering questions about the property, providing information and links for things to do during our stay, checking in regularly without imposing, all throughout the checkout process. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, actually better than the photos. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and the pool was perfect. The pool cleaner comes by once a week, so we only saw him once during our stay. The location of the house is fantastic, with restaurants only minutes away and a cafe and health foods store right around the corner. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return here!

I am the Property Manager.

I moved to Costa Rica in January of 2016 to begin a new life of adventure.

Not yet able to retire, I brought my years of working experience with me and am incorporating those into my Costa Rica life by working through the internet.

I now property manage and rent several condominiums/villas at San Buenas where I live, and many other houses in the neighboring communities of Uvita, Pinuela, Tres Rios, Ojochal, Ballena, and Chontales.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies/Criminology from the University of Maryland, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a Real Estate License from the State of Maryland.

I have worked in large corporations, with high-net-worth individuals as their personal assistant/manager, and have owned my own businesses for over 30 years.

I excel in merging my life experiences and professional skills with the opportunity to help other individuals, as well as small and large businesses.

For many years, I was the Southern Zone Expat spokesperson at the International Living Conference in Costa Rica, speaking of my Costa Rican life adventures.
