This three level home has 4800 square feet including 5 roomy bedrooms + loft, 3 full baths, 2 living areas with fireplaces, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and large dining and breakfast areas for your gatherings, 3 decks with patio seating to enjoy phenomenal lake views, a new fire pit down by the water with a nice sitting area, beautiful nature walks through this winding wooded resort.
Location: Norris Lake has over 800 miles of beautiful shoreline and is known as one of the cleanest lakes in the south. Lots of room for you and your family to enjoy the pristine emerald waters of Norris Lake… 22 marinas; great food, music, boat & jet ski rentals, fishing, water sports… a summer paradise for sure! Enjoy boating, fishing, and the amenities of Deerfield Resort including golf, swimming, tennis. Shopping and attractions of Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains National Park are all within close proximity.
Dock & Decks: Covered 2 boat slip, plenty of room for sunbathing, hanging out by the water; boat rental / jet ski rentals available through nearby marinas. Home features decks off each of the 3 levels with incredible views of the lake and wildlife area, deer roaming freely throughout Deerfield. Gas grill, outdoor seating on the decks and dock. New fire pit down by the water to hang out, roast marshmallows, and take in the spectacular sunset. Our dock is located on a peninsula with calm waters by the dock and boat traffic at the mouth of the cove so the best of both worlds. Perfect spot for swimming, floating and also to enjoy views of the deep water main channel. There are several marinas offering boat / jet ski rental -- Springs Dock and Shanghai Marina are closest. If you are bringing your own boat, you may launch at the Deerfield Marina approximately 2 miles from the lake house.
Deerfield Resort: As a guest, you have access to an amazing golf course with lake views as you golf, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a playground area with swings/climbing apparatus, and the infamous Tiki Bar Restaurant at Deerfield Marina. Morning walks are incredibly beautiful in the wooded community, lake views throughout.
Dining: Seating for 8-10 at large dining table; 6-8 at kitchen table and another 6 at the outdoor patio table, all with lake views.
Living/Entertainment: Great rooms on both main and lower levels -- both sport 55" Samsung smart TVs and living room seating with fireplaces; lower level also has wet bar with commercial ice maker and ping pong table. Free DirecTV + Wi-Fi.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Sleeps 16. Master bedroom + bath on top level with day bed / trundle in the loft; 2nd level has 2 Bedrooms + Bath + set of bunk beds in one of the rooms; 3rd level has 2 Bedrooms + Bath, 3 full size beds. All bathrooms are full size with plenty of towels.
Renters must be age 25 or older and provide valid driver’s license. We encourage you to enjoy our lake house to the fullest with the understanding that this is a family residential neighborhood with many full time residents. 7 day minimum stay, Saturday - Saturday. Contact owner for exception inquiries. Non smoking, pet friendly with non-refundable $300 pet deposit.
