Ubicación perfecta en la ciudad. A poca distancia de las playas, tiendas, restaurantes y tabernas locales. Linda casa de rancho con aire acondicionado central, cocina renovada, tina de baño, terraza y parrilla a gas. Aunque la casa no está directamente en el agua, hay un pequeño parque público en el Indian River, solo hay que ir a la esquina para aparcar su bote durante el día, pescar en el muelle o simplemente disfrutar de la observación de botes. También puede andar en bicicleta por el camino para subir a la bicicleta y los senderos para caminar, que también son senderos para motos de nieve en los meses de invierno. Esta es solo una excelente propiedad para disfrutar de TODAS las TEMPORADAS del norte de Michigan en el hermoso Indian River.

Comfy and Roomy!

We enjoyed staying at Cathy's place. There was a lot of space for the 4 of us, all adults. While many of the furnishings were dated, the house was comfortable. The beds were amazing and it was easy to get a good night's sleep. We would stay again!

Girls trip

A group of us girls try a new city and new adventure every year, this year decided to go winter rafting at big bear adventure which was right down the street, we visited all the local business cute little town everyone was friendly. We had no issue at the house at all we all had a great time!

3 bedrooms for visiting family was needed. Rental was just a described. Comfortable and clean. Convenient location. Rental details were emailed - easy check in. Never needed to contact property owner.

Nice quiet place to stay

We have been to Indian River before and knew the area where this property is locate. It is a nice quiet neighborhood that is only a couple blocks from whatever you need. The check in was super easy, the house was clean, and had all the normal amenities. The owner lives next door and was very helpful when we arrived. The only issue we had was the cable TV went out sometime while we were out, not the owner’s fault and she fixed the issue as soon as we brought it to her attention. Check out was also very easy, get rid of trash, and generally pick up and the owner took care of the rest. Would definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable but issues

Home was comfortable and over all we were happy with it. If you want internet service, don’t stay here. We had no internet or tv. Would have liked to get at least one local channel for news and weather in the evening. Beware when showering…one of us was showering and the other toilet was flushed and he received a first degree burn on his back. We didn’t do that again. Would have communicated more with owner if we had phone coverage but we all had issues with our Verizon service.

Sorry you had issues using the internet and television. There were specific instructions on using them in rental. As for the communication with us “the owners” we live next door to the rental which is also listed on the instructions, so??????

The home worked out great. The location worked well and the bed was comfortable and it had all of the amenities we needed. The property is old and not updated but in a quiet community and we were comfortable. Our only complaint is the shower head. Thanks for a great stay. P

Upper Mitten

Indian River was a good central location to see all of the sites. The house was clean and very well furnished with kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, etc. The gas grill was the cleanest grill I have seen in any vacation rental. Loved sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Internet signal was stronger than in my house.

Felt Like Home

This was the perfect location for our trips to Mackinaw Island and Sault Ste Marie. The house felt very comfortable and that made it easy to relax. Walking distance to beautiful Lake Burt. We also enjoyed Wilson Edge Restaurant and Vivio's Italian Restaurant. We had a great weekend staying at Cliff's Landing!

Girls weekend

Had a good time. Good location for day trips, home clean and tidy. Rained some but plenty of games and movies to access. Plenty of utensils to cook with. In town so close to other homes but had no issues. Trail along river quiet and interesting. Would go back again if stay in area.

perfect getaway

The decor is definitely dated but it was very cozy...like a weekend at grandmas house:). We were looking for a place to simply relax and unwind and this property was perfect for us...no frills but comfy and had everything we needed.

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

We had a great stay -- we were attending a wedding at Fay Martin Resort just up the road. The location was close and the property well suited to have other family members stop by between the wedding and reception. I will definitely book this property again if/'when we return to Indian River.

Clean and Cozy

We needed a place for the five of us, on one level especially with an elderly parent that uses a walker. Other than the three steps to get in the house and the narrowness of the back hallway, this house works like a charm. There is a shower that elderly people can use with grab bars and a tiny step into the shower. It is clean but there is no central air. We happened to arrive at one of the hottest weeks in Indian River. If you don't use the fans and turn on the window air, you will roast. But other than that, it was a very nice place to stay. We did cook a lot of our meals there, which is nice. We stayed there so we could visit Cheboygan, Whitefish Point. Petoskey and Mackinaw City. We all love Burt Lake. Never could find the swimming beach at Mullet Lake. This is a cozy house, perfect for what we needed. I didn't meet the hosts, but they do live next door and never was intrusive, which is very nice esp on vacation. They did respond to a small emergency quickly but that was it! So glad we got to stay there!
