This is a cute little basement-only suite. We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the living space was cozy. Hosts were excellent with communication. We had all of the essentials, plus a lot of convenient things to make our stay even better. We visited in July and it was pretty warm. There’s no AC so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable even with windows open. A few more fans throughout would be fantastic for airflow. The property was super convenient to BYU and nearby restaurants. We loved the area and felt safe walking around outside. Would definitely recommend.
