The grass was over 1 foot tall all around the house. It was so bad that we paid someone out of our pocket to mow the yard. The long grass made getting to the hot tub a challenge but we didn't use the hot tub because it was only halfway filled up and not very clean. The inside of the house was in pretty good shape other than the moldly baseboard in the master bath. Overall we were disapointed.
