Maison de luxe avec * cabane dans les arbres * dans le comté d'Orange près de Disneyland!

Cette nouvelle maison unifamiliale de construction a été achevée en 2017 et est prête à accueillir de grands groupes ou des familles dans le luxe et le confort avec 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. La cabane dans les arbres à l'arrière ajoute une pièce supplémentaire avec A / C, WIFI et TV 4K. La maison est nettoyée professionnellement après chaque séjour avec des draps propres et des serviettes propres. L'emplacement central de la propriété est à quelques minutes de l'autoroute 5 et 55!

Les clients auront un accès complet à l'arrière-cour, garage 2 voitures, allée, laveuse et sécheuse.

La maison est professionnellement nettoyée en profondeur après chaque séjour avec des draps et des serviettes propres. Il est situé au cœur du comté d'Orange, en Californie. Voici une liste des attractions à moins de 20 miles!

Nous avons des caméras de surveillance sur le garage extérieur et intérieur de la propriété. Il y a un système d'alarme qui est éteint pendant votre séjour.

Le quartier subit rapidement une gentrification avec de la nourriture et des divertissements nouveaux et à la mode à proximité du centre-ville de Santa Ana. Il se trouve en face d'un nouveau centre communautaire construit. Par conséquent, il existe un risque de bruit de voirie. Il y a une gare à quelques pâtés de maisons qui fonctionne plusieurs fois par jour.

Unfortunately the house was not as listed. Faucets in tubs were corroded so you couldn’t use tubs only showers, not good with small kids. There was a link underneath the sink in the kitchen that we had to clean and put a bowl under. There were no kitchen towels or mits and we were staying over Thanksgiving. Dryer didn’t work as you had to restart it every 15 minutes. Most faucets in bathroom sinks were also corroded and need to be replaced or cleaned.

A lovely spacious home

Me and my friends stayed for 7 nights and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two of my friends actually got engaged during the stay, the proposal happened in the back yard 😆. Thank you for letting us stay.

The location was great for getting to the softball parks we were playing at. The house is a little older but pretty well kept. Plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen could be stocked just a little better but overall great place to stay.

Impressive hospitality with great value!

The house has everything that we needed-it was fully equipped! Long has thought of everything from checking in smoothly to checking out. Definitely a super clean place-my wife love it! His house is located in a central area. I enjoyed all his local recommendations of where to eat. I am a big foodie. Highly recommended!

Very Nice Place

The house was very clean on the inside. The living room area is open, and accommodated our group. We had 17 people staying here, and it was comfortable enough for us. The kitchen was spacious and had a good supply of pots and pans, etc. The bedrooms were large enough to hold us all. The couches in the livingroom did fold done to give a couple extra beds. The "tree house" worked for some overflow as well.

Just as described, and then some!

Normally, I don't give reviews, but this place was everything and more and met my family needs. Property was clean, and had everything I needed for our trip. Even got in late, at seller was still able to communicate around the midnight hour. Washer, dryer, stroller, games, seasonings, soap dispensers...ect. these owners go above and beyond! Thanks again! P.S. i was blown away by the staging and decoration of the home....I took notes....lol

Not having control of the temperature gauge was terrible. Heater kept kicking up to 75 degrees,made it hard to sleep. Other than that the house was beautiful!

Inaccurate Listing.

I am very disappointed by this booking. I have pictures and I am trying to figure out how to upload them. The house is dirty it is not clean. There were bugs in the kitchen and the cupboards were dirty. The walls are dirty not only “lived” in as the owner stated but dirty!! There was some type of bbq sauce on the wall. All over this was very disappointing. For the amount of money I paid I do expect for the homes to be very clean. Also when I contacted the owner the only response was “Sorry if we didn’t meet your expectations 😔” please save your self from a big disappointment do not book here!! The bedding in the rooms were not changed. I will NEVER BOOK this location again.

Not what was advertised - NOT Wheelchair accessible

NOT Wheelchair accessible-stairs at front door and to inside from garage area!! Once inside, it is. Pictures provided are not what you will see or get upon arrival. Different couches, outdoor seating is falling apart and not at all what is in the image advertised. Popular Amenities listed in advertisement- Hot tub-whirlpool tub in one bathroom may be what this was, no other one provided. Game Room-no, some incomplete games Gym, Fitness Room & Outdoor play area - there is a bigger yard but no "Play area" the Gym & Fitness room are not on site-there may be at community center across the street (limited hours) Fireplace-only fire table outside Beach Chairs & Towels-No Water Sports Gear-No Stereo & Music Library-not that we could find BBQ - small little briquette one - Gas one is filthy and pushed around patio fence No Screen doors on patio doors Kitchen - large but images are deceiving again - limited supply of cooking utensils, no tea towels and only 2 dish clothes, One roll of paper towel and no place to dry handwashed dishes Instructions in bathrooms ask that towels etc be hung and not left on the floors, this appears reasonable until there are not enough hooks or places to hang these. Plumbing - the kitchen sink needs to be turned off just right (which isn't easy) so it doesn't leak, the tubs don't drain quickly, after second shower the water reached mid calf. We didn't plan to spend much time at home so we dealt with these issues. Close to the parks & shopping

Dirty property

House is extremely dirty , bed sheets smelled really bad. We found a liquor bottle underneath the bed opened and spilled all over. Ceiling fans are so dirty the dust falls on top of the beds. Air vents and blinds are super dirty as well. Will not recommend this place at all, specially for the price !

Amazing Large House for Family

We had a great time and Long and Katy’s property. We were 17 cousins and there were enough beds for everyone. The backyard and tree house is great plus access to the parking garage was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this listing!

DON'T BE FOOLED

This property, while it photographs well, is very far from a "luxury" property. I wish I could add photos! The kitchen is poorly stocked, no tumblers, no stemware (had to purchase our own), low supply of dishes, no oven mitts, no kitchen towels, the freezer has no handle on the door, microwave needs replacing, etc. Bathrooms have corroded faucets (all of them), ceiling vents are corroded and gross, no facial tissue provided, soap dispensers have no nozzles, baseboards around the whole house are filthy, ceiling fans are covered in huge amounts of dust, dining chairs are a joke (one seat is completely broken). Found a mountain of wet laundry in the dryer upon arrival. Dryer door was broken, so we fixed it. The washer dispenser is awful and hasn't been cleaned. Zero pride in ownership and clearly minimal maintenance. Neighborhood is sketchy. No garage door opener provided. We actually cut our trip short because of the house. I own a property in Tahoe that I rent, and it's immaculate, so I know how to manage a rental home. This was a complete rip off. Be warned!

DIRTY and DANGEROUS property - Stay Away!!!

The first thing that greeted us when we walked into the property was a HEAVY gas smell that permeated the entire home. As it turned out - there was a (dangerous!!) gas leak that could have seriously injured our family ... and we have young children! I shudder to think what could have happened if there was an inadvertent spark to ignite the uncontrolled gas. Turns out - not only was there gas leaking, but the stove was completely BROKEN and the owners had to replace it (which they did). But then, we discovered there was a host of other issues with the home: - The floors were extremely DIRTY. I wish I could attache pictures to this review to show you. We had to keep our shoes on because our feet were encrusted with dirt and grime. They had to send cleaners the day after because it was clear nobody had cleaned the house before we arrived. - The bedsheets and towels were stained. Gross. - The pots + pan were old. Again, NOT the "luxury" experience they advertised. - The mattresses are creaky and uncomfortable. - The vents are rusted. - The toilet seats are old and rusted. At the end, we understand that any property or home has its share of issues. But this property is listed as a LUXURY HOME, and the experience was **anything but**. If you're OK with a Dirty and Dangerous home that is in Disrepair, then this is the place for you. If not, I'd suggest you stay away. (Note: The owners offered us a refund of the cleaning fee, but were unwilling to offer anything else back. Given the vast disparity between what was ADVERTISED ("Luxury Home") vs the REALITY, we turned down the meager offer -- we wanted at least 1-night refund -- and concluded that it made more sense to post this so other could benefit from our experience).

Everything we needed in a house

This served as a great home base from which we hit Disneyland and other parks. The house is clean. The beds are comfortable. Not only is the house furnished with everything we needed, but the cupboards are all labeled so you don’t need to hunt. Overall we had a great stay and didn’t lack for anything. I remember a review mentioning a train. We travel with white noise machines, so we were not bothered by the train. When the machines were off, we could faintly hear the train, but jt is not close.

BEAUTIFUL home

I recently stayed in Long's beautiful home in Santa Ana. This home had it all, everything we needed to have a great stay. The home is super clean and spacious. We loved the fact that the home is close to the I5 freeway. We found no detail left out, they thought of everything. Stay here and enjoy this home. We had a blast. Thank you Long for the hospitality.

Truly home away from home

This immaculate property was everything we had wanted. All the rooms were spacious and immaculate. Katy / Long have equipped this home with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone who would like to stay in this area.

Great Place

My large family stayed here for a Disney trip. The house and yard were perfect and all reasonable accommodations were present. It was just a 10min easy drive to Disney. The only downside was the amount of vehicles parked on the street in front of the house, but that’s California.
