About this property

Cozy 2 Bedroom-2 Full Bath Condo;Art District DTSA

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walk to dozens of hip restaurants, trendy clubs, fun bars, new micro brewery and several galleries in revitalized Down Town Santa Ana. Also shops, grocery, convenience stores, fast food and even the Post Office. Freeway close to many of Southern California’s most popular attractions and day trips.

You will have full access to the living room, dining and kitchen area that will be used just by you and the guests staying with you. There is also a patio with a view of the courtyard and pool area.

There is a Queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with a private bath room with full sized bath tub within the room. There is also a sliding glass door with access to the balcony from the room.

The second room has a full size bed, dresser and large closet. The second full size bath is just across the hall.

The living room has a big screen TV with Spectrum Cable and Netflix, Amazon Prime and a variety of other entertainment options. WiFi access as well. The large comfy couch could easily accommodate sleeping for two additional people.
Guest access
You will have full access to most all places in the unit. A couple of closets are locked for the owner’s personal items.
Other things to note
This is a condo in a large 300+ unit complex. There are lots of other families living here so at times their kids and music can add to the neighborhood feel and may be a bit boisterous. Generally the evenings are mostly quiet though.

As for checking out it’s pretty simple; just leave the keys on the table. You have a couple of choices of how to get your car out.
You can drive out with the keys and have someone run them back upstairs. Or you can leave them on the table and take the elevator down to the garage and wait for another car to open the gate & exit.
Either way please hand lock the handles of each door as well as the electronic lock digitally. Once you have left please text me so I can let the cleaning folks know it’s all clear. Safe travels!

Host is super nice but the place is outdated. Bad odor smell, no AC super hot we couldn’t stay in during the day for rest because it too hot and power went out for half a day. Kill a lot of roach

Sorry to see this review. Prior guests have great things to say. This guest was unhappy they didn’t see read that listing did not have A/C and made up excuses to leave early. As for the power outage that was in the whole neighborhood and out of anyone’s control and was communicated directly with the guests and they responded “no problem”.

Nice Condo near Disney

This condo worked well for us for our trip to Disney. Spacious and clean and about 20 minutes away from the park. Did not spend too much time at the property, but there is a nice looking pool and it was quiet and peaceful sitting on the balcony.

Great place close to Angels stadium, Newport beach, Huntington Beach and more!!!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. It had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms that are very comfortable. Spacious living room with couches and TV. Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. the host was fantastic to work with, he met us at a time that worked with our schedule to check in and show us where to park as well as showed us his home. It was perfect for 6 people. The parking is in a locked garage. The host has lots of fans to help cool the house if needed. It was a great experience!

We had 6 people ranging from adults to a 4 year old. Due to the heights of our group members we got a little creative with who was sleeping where, ending with 2 on the couch. The kitchen is as pictured and worked for our needs. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, centrally located and secure stay for Disneyland

Eric was a wonderful host and very accommodating throughout our stay. He did a great job at communicating not only before but during our visit as well. We were there to go to Disneyland and it was a short drive over there. We took Uber/Lyft each day to and from which was around $15 each trip. We also walked to downtown Santa Anna for dinner our first night and found a yummy place to eat.

Owner is fabulous! Was very easy to get in touch with and responses were immediate! Parking was our biggest concern, only one space per condo, our party had two cars. It worked out ok parking on the street but was worrisome.

I wouldn’t stay again

There was bullet holes in the garage area. The condo is very old and not in the nicest area of Santa Ana. We didn’t feel safe. The inside of the condo was laid out nicely. But the bad outweighed the good unfortunately This was probably the worst property I’ve stayed in and I’m a regular customer of VRBO
