The address is 71 Highland Avenue. NEW RENOVATIONS AND UPDATES! Beautiful new 2nd floor full bath. You will also love the new plush leather living room furniture. This beach house has the perfect layout for a vacation, weekend, or longer extended stay. Eat-in kitchen, with a separate full dining room leading through french doors to a large screened in wrap-around porch. Relax in the huge living room with beach stone fireplace. House has four spacious bedrooms (one on first floor) with lots of closet space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, two flat screen tvs, internet and parking for 6 cars. Beautiful yard on peaceful street. Walk to it all in the Village and OGT Beach! Close to the local bakery/coffee shops, great pizza, lobster, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and convenient Village Market.

This house is available to rent year round. Vacation any time, or work/school from here!

The house was very clean. Very cute. The location was perfect. Short walk to the village. A little bit longer to the beach but very walkable from the village. I would stay there again if I were in the area. I wish the notice about bringing your own linens was more visible before booking because it is an extra fee to use the service but the service is reasonable and they were very pleasant to work with.

Stayed here for three nights with 4 of my girlfriends. We loved this property!! It is located near downtown OGT in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The house was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed playing cards at the dining room table and sipping tea out on the screen porch. This place had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. Karen & Andrew were great hosts and I’d love to come back someday!

Classic Seaside Cottage

Our entire family enjoyed a wonderful week in one of our favorite vacation spots, thanks in no small part to Karen and Andrews beautiful home. The house is clean and well accommodated with multiple comfortable locations to socialize, get away and read a good book, or enjoy breakfast in a sunny corner of the porch. Would highly recommend to anyone for future stays in Ogunquit.

Great Location/Great Space

The house is great for a group. There are lots of gathering spaces. There is a nice big kitchen, dining room and living room. The best is the screened porch! The ability to walk downtown is a bonus. We will absolutely stay here again!

Charming House, Great Location

Can’t beat the location — quiet and outside the hustle of the town yet an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and the beach. The house is a charming historic beach house with lots of room — perfect for a family or a group of friends. The hosts were easy to deal with and welcoming. Look forward to another visit.
