We love our own condo so much that we bought one for you to enjoy. Your 2-bedroom/2 bath unit is next to the one that is our home, so you can count on it to be true to its description. And should you have questions, we'll be right there with answers. We'll recommend some of our favorite restaurants, don't-miss events and other details that ensure you'll get the most from your stay.

In your condo, you will find all the conveniences of home, and more. Bathrooms are updated, refrigerator and dishwasher in the well-sized kitchen are new, and closet systems in both bedrooms offer ample space for organizing clothes. You will see from the photos that the furnishings are tasteful. A significant bonus -- you can dock your boat right at your door. The unit comes with a deep-water boat dock, able to accommodate a boat of up to 40 feet.

My wife and I believe you’ll love Siesta Key and Harbour Towne Yacht Club just as much as we do. We bought our condo while living in Cincinnati and visited as often as we could. Each time, it became harder to leave the sunshine, blue skies and the world’s most stunning beaches. Now we’re year-round residents of Harbour Towne and own not just our condo but also this unit which we rent so others can enjoy the many amenities we have come to love. I serve on the association board for Harbour Towne and work to ensure that our community remains beautiful, up-to-date and well maintained. We’re not just landlords – we live here, too. Harbour Towne Yacht Club has been the perfect fit for us, first as a vacation home and now as our permanent residence. When the unit next door, a mirror of our own home, became available, buying it made perfect sense. We love that the Harbour Towne community is large enough to provide such great amenities, yet small enough that it is quiet and not commercial. Located at the mid-point of Siesta Key, it feels like everything is nearby. And, of course, having our own boat dock -- and one for the rental unit -- is a bonus feature.

  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
