A nice place in a great location!

I was in town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here. The location was perfect and the place had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Parents weekend

Great spot for our Mid visit!

This property is spacious and extremely convenient to DTA and USNA. The host was incredibly responsive with a few questions that come up during our stay. We look forward to a future visit, thank you!

Great location, great space

Terrific space in the center of everything. Nice to park the car for the weekend and explore on foot. Cozy apartment to hang out when we weren’t wandering or eating. Host was attentive and offered us an early checkin which was greatly appreciated. Would stay again!

Best Location Historic Annapolis!

Made a last minute reservation for a birthday outing for my husband. This Apartment overlooking Main Street is a hidden gem. it was very clean and had everything we needed. Such a nicer experience than staying in a hotel. We were ready to move in! The host gave us an early check in and late check out.

Easy Street

We had a great stay to attend the Military Bowl. The location was in the center of the Bowl activities which we thoroughly enjoyed. The furnishings and description of the unit were more than adequate. A couple of comments: the study tv remote batteries are corroded and need to be replaced; bathtub drain plug is missing and chain was sitting on side of tub broken; and backdoor knob probably needs replacing.Thank you, JohnP.S. A stack of miscellaneous mail was placed on the entry bench.

So convenient!

We loved being right in DTA and so close to the yard. It was also an easy walk to the stadium. The unit was spacious and clean and worked out just perfectly for the three of us. We appreciated access to a washer and dryer on the lower level. The property manager was very responsive when we needed the code for getting into the unit and let us have an early check-in. Highly recommend!

Great Location in Annapolis

The location of this property cannot be beat! It is somewhat odd in the layout, but it worked perfectly for my husband and myself in the enclosed bedroom and our son in the open area bedroom. The entire apartment is very well refurbished and inviting! Our only difficulty was in acquiring a parking space. Due to the nearby parking garage under construction, we managed to find a daily parking area several blocks away but needed to return each morning before 8 am to repay the charge. However, it was SO convenient to walk to everything!

Perfect

This was an excellent location. I got street parking and walked everywhere all weekend. I had no problems with any noise at all and it was a busy weekend in town. There is a sound machine in the bedroom if needed too (I didn't need it). The owner was very responsive when needed.

Clean and convenient

Can’t beat this location if you want to walk everywhere! Space is large albeit a bit odd. The second BR is only semiprivate blow up bed (elevates) in an office. But it was great for our Mid. Street noise up front is significant but we didn’t hear much in back bedroom. VRBO didn’t send proper check in email so we had last min scramble communication with owner which was then no problem. We were also first transition from a longer term office rental so wifi and some amenities not exactly as good as I’ve had in my other rentals but we actually love this space and location. Will rent again. Great for family/friend happy hour or after dinner get together. (Just not to watch football on tv - as it’s small and old.) For football game or parents weekend type deal - it’s perfect.

What an excellent location. Just off Main Street. One story walk up. Spacious living area. A little noise from occasional loud cars at night but not a big deal. Definitely would stay again.

A terrific experience!

What a lovely time in Annapolis! The residence and location were outstanding. The owner was very responsive and helpful with an early check-in and coffeemaker snafu. She even purchased/provided a small fan for the bedroom (for us light sleepers). Street noise on busy weekend nights was not unusual. Parking can be a challenge - metered street parking available and a municipal parking deck one block away at $30 per day. Would do it again!

USNA family trip

The property was larger than appeared in the photos. The location was close to the USNA, but no parking if you bring a vehicle. The noise at night was significant until after 1 am Friday and Saturday night. We enjoyed the proximity to DTA and open floor plan.
