This stylish cottage is nestled in the heart of Laramie's iconic tree area, just a four-minute walk to campus. The property showcases the best of Laramie, complete with locally made furniture and art, locally roasted coffee, and high-speed Internet.
GOOD TO KNOW
The Tree Area Classic, a historic 1919 bungalow, is on the tail end of a multi-phase renovation. That means beautiful bones, modern comfort, and a few endearing old-house quirks—like an uneven driveway and sidewalks.
Those “future phase” details come paired with exceptional upkeep, thoughtful amenities, and consistently 5-star cleanliness, which guests often call out in their reviews.
COOKING & EATING
Just a less than a 20-minute walk from some of Laramie’s best restaurants, bars, bakeries, and coffee shops (think vegan meals that even committed carnivores love, and perfect pain au chocolat), many guests still find themselves preferring to stay in. If you do too, you ’ll have everything you need:
Olive oil & basic cooking spices
Equipment: utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, Chemex, tea kettle, milk frother
Leisurely mornings: locally roasted coffee, tea, cream, sugar, hot chocolate, organic oats, to-go cups
Light meals: pasta, marinara, parmesan, soup, and pesto
Afternoon pick-me-ups: protein bars, nuts, chocolate, fresh fruit
Hydration covered: Topo Chico + chilled water
Need a specialty item (like a crock pot)? Just ask—we may have one you can borrow.
RESTING & RELAXING
Upstairs living room with a vintage Western record collection—great for hanging out or winding down
A large-screen TV tucked away in a vintage-inspired rec room – perfect for movie nights or

Whether you’re in Laramie for a weekend or a couple of weeks, you’ll have everything you need to keep things fresh. Enjoy a free washer and dryer, detergent, stain remover, an iron + ironing board, and a handheld steamer—all tucked neatly out of the way but ready when you need them.
NEED TO CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE?
The basement includes a dedicated workspace—complete with a desk and fast WiFi. It’s an easy, quiet spot for answering emails, planning adventures, or squeezing in a Zoom call before heading out.
OUR POSTCARD WALL
One of our favorite traditions: the postcard wall. Guests leave behind travel tips, doodles, recommendations, and little stories from their time in Laramie. Feel free to read through past notes for insider ideas—and add one of your own before you go.
