We apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered during your stay. Had we been notified during your visit, our maintenance team would have responded promptly to address the washer, light bulbs, and blackout shade. We strive to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible so our guests can fully enjoy their vacation. Regarding beach equipment and supplies, these amenities are not advertised as included with the unit. That said, we appreciate your thoughtful contribution of the beach chairs and umbrella for future guests to enjoy. We also appreciate your feedback regarding towels, trash bags, tissues, and bathroom supplies, as it helps us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. The temporary pool closure was unfortunately beyond our control and was necessary to ensure the pool met all health and safety standards.
