Nice to find a pet friendly place. We had a few hiccups trying to check in which was frustrating but life happens. Host was responsive. They ended up putting us up in another property. Units were clean and pet friendly and communication was good. Our issue was the air conditioning wasn’t working which in Texas, in July, is rough. Went to to the other property and the key pad would not work. They came out quickly to let us in but it was already past 9pm. As a host myself we were surprised that we were not offered a partial refund. We’ve had a couple snafus over the years and always made it right by offering a partial refund. Each host is different but that’s what I would have done. In a world where tons of guests make up stuff to try to get refunds, real issues do arise and this was one example of that.

Great pet-friendly home, conveniently located near amenities. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The carport was a nice feature and made unpacking and loading the car easy. The guest gift basket with goodies and a personalized note was a very thoughtful touch. The fenced backyard was perfect for pets.
