This 1 bedroom apartment, located on Almon St in downtown Moscow, is set up for a comfortable, convenient stay. A new renovation, it is within easy walking distance of the many shops and restaurants downtown has to offer!

Brand new renovation featuring: mini splits, heated bathroom floors, high ceilings, full kitchen.

This home is designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay for 2-4 guests with several sleeping options, a full bathroom with luxury walk in shower, places to relax, and a cozy dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom 1: King bed with closet, plenty of clothing storage, a mini split to keep the temperature perfect.

Additional sleeping option: the couch is a queen sleeper sofa and we will provide extra bedding and pillows for it if there are more than 2 guests!

The bed has plenty of pillows and high quality linens and bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of large, plush towels are available for each guest.

Kitchen and dining area: This warm, inviting space has a variety of dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils available for your cooking needs. There is also a microwave, toaster, and several coffee making options.

Living room: With plenty of blankets and pillows available as well as several windows for natural light and views of Moscow, this is a perfect place to relax and read, enjoy some TV, and visit.

Stairs: there are a fair number of stairs leading to the porch, but this apartment is on the main floor.

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. The accommodations were fabulous! The location was great. We walked all over downtown Moscow and enjoyed the restaurants, shopping and Farmers market on Saturday. Perfect weekend getaway for us. We will definitely return and tell all our friends.

Really enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment was a short walk from downtown and very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with. The host was easy to contact and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What an amazing location and unit! The Asbury exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way. Nicely remodeled, comfortable furniture, well stocked, clean and much larger than the photos indicate. Super walkable to downtown Moscow. Kristina is a great host and super communicative. If we ever find ourselves in town again we know where we will be staying.

This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. Owner was in communication to be sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy - and gettin in/out was easy. Checkout was also very easy. Couldn’t ask for more - we’ll be back when visiting our student!! Thank you!
