Really enjoyed our weekend stay. The apartment was a short walk from downtown and very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen had everything needed to cook with. The host was easy to contact and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. Owner was in communication to be sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy - and gettin in/out was easy. Checkout was also very easy. Couldn’t ask for more - we’ll be back when visiting our student!! Thank you!

The Asbury is a short walk to the many wonderful restaurants and shops downtown. It is in a historic home built in 1884, which used to be surrounded by wheat fields.
