Typical restaurantsn bars and elegant boutiques are plenty. The district is "pedestrians only" on Sundays with street bands playing. The "Rainbow district" is a few blocks away.
The apartment is located in the historical heart of Paris (Le Marais), a few steps away from "Place des Vosges" and at walking distance from most interesting monuments and museums such as Notre-Dame, the Pompidou, Louvre, Carnavalet, Picasso, bibliothèque nationale and many other museums.

Transport is easy. Nearesy subway station is Saint-Paul. From there, line 1 that takes you to Le Louvre in 5mn, Place de la Concorde and Champs-Elysées in 10 mn and La Défense business district in 15 mn. Many bus stops serve the distict as well. You can also try "Velib" (self-serve bike system).
