I enjoy most spending time with my family. Real Estate is one of my passions as well as I love sailing, traveling by boat, eating good food and having good conversation with great friends.

The space was well suited to my needs as I needed to be near the Baylor hospital.
The fairmont neighborhood has a great variety of restaurants and a very cool vibe.
Hipster home in groovy Magnolia/Southside neighborhood
This house wins on location! If you want to be within walking distance of trendy Magnolia Street, coffee shops, and restaurants - this is your place! Andy, the owner, is wonderful to work with; his home is updated, clean, and spacious, and he offers great recommendations for enjoying the area. The decor is modern, the beds are comfy, and the neighborhood is super groovy!
There are two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. There are two full bathrooms - one has a shower, one has a bathtub. The shower is a tad tight - we are not big people, but we are tall and could have used a little more space in there. The bathtub is charming; honestly, we would have preferred another shower (there were three of us staying in the house for a couple of nights sharing one shower). There are TVs in the master bedroom and main room. The TV remote in the master bedroom did not work (might have needed fresh batteries?), and the TV in the main room had limited channels available so if you're Bravo or ESPN junkies like we are be aware. Those are minor points - Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the very reliable air conditioning units (it was 108 outside during our stay), the well appointed and spacious kitchen, Andy's awesome suggestions and kind hospitality, the cleanliness, location, yummy Bath and Body soaps, and Churros shop one block away(a MUST indulgence). The price is right also. This is a safe, lovely home to stay in and I recommend it 100%.
The house is clean and cute, with a good kitchen and with good coffee! With a group of 4 adults (no couples), having the air mattress meant everyone was happy with their bed. Since it was over 100F, the A/C units had some problems in the mid-afternoon, but if you walk to a pub or cafe nearby it's easy to keep cool. Quick ride downtown with Lyft/Uber. Finding Magnolia Getaway means I unofficially in charge of trip planning now.
Great location, comfortable home & excellent host
We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication from Andy, the owner, made our arrival a seamless experience; things could not have been smoother. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen more than adequate, and the amenities provided were quite nice. We liked the neighborhood, and it was very convenient for the convention center.
One of us forgot her cell phone, and we received a call about it from Andy within 15 minutes of our leaving the house - outstanding!
Great space and location...
Awesome place. Loved the decor, the light and the location. Would love to stay there again.
Great open living area and good location for restaurants.
This VRBO home is a great value. Comfortable beds with an open space on the inside and is in walking distance from a strip of hip attractions.
I'm glad I got the opportunity to host you at the house and from your review it looks like you had a great stay. I'm sorry to see it wasn't a 'five star' review. I strive super hard to receive five star reviews and as stated at the bottom of my welcome letter when you check in; "If you feel your stay is going to be anything less than a five star review, please let me know immediately". Next time you come back please let me know during your stay what I can do better. Thanks, Andy
