I enjoy most spending time with my family. Real Estate is one of my passions as well as I love sailing, traveling by boat, eating good food and having good conversation with great friends.
Andy purchased this House in 2012

Adorable place in the perfect trendy location!
We enjoyed this home so much. It is very open and roomy considering the overall size. We were in town for a wedding and the bride and bridesmaids got ready here. Lots of room, natural light and bright colors were great for the photos. It is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Perfect choice!
Perfect part of town!
This property meet all our needs and then some. You couldn't have asked to be in a better location. The house was fantastic as well, inside and out. Andy works really hard to make the experience perfect and you can tell from the minute you pull up. He is also a text or call away should you need him, but like us, you won't need anything! We really appreciated the accommodations and will make this our go to spot when visiting Ft. Worth. Don't waste your time looking for other properties, this is a perfect home.
Thanks again, Andy!
Wow - Thanks for the great review!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Location is great - within short walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens, and loved the modern decor. Felt very safe. Close to downtown, TCU and stockyard. We even took a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo which was outstanding...highly recommend.
The space was well suited to my needs as I needed to be near the Baylor hospital.
The fairmont neighborhood has a great variety of restaurants and a very cool vibe.
Hipster home in groovy Magnolia/Southside neighborhood
This house wins on location! If you want to be within walking distance of trendy Magnolia Street, coffee shops, and restaurants - this is your place! Andy, the owner, is wonderful to work with; his home is updated, clean, and spacious, and he offers great recommendations for enjoying the area. The decor is modern, the beds are comfy, and the neighborhood is super groovy!
There are two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. There are two full bathrooms - one has a shower, one has a bathtub. The shower is a tad tight - we are not big people, but we are tall and could have used a little more space in there. The bathtub is charming; honestly, we would have preferred another shower (there were three of us staying in the house for a couple of nights sharing one shower). There are TVs in the master bedroom and main room. The TV remote in the master bedroom did not work (might have needed fresh batteries?), and the TV in the main room had limited channels available so if you're Bravo or ESPN junkies like we are be aware. Those are minor points - Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the very reliable air conditioning units (it was 108 outside during our stay), the well appointed and spacious kitchen, Andy's awesome suggestions and kind hospitality, the cleanliness, location, yummy Bath and Body soaps, and Churros shop one block away(a MUST indulgence). The price is right also. This is a safe, lovely home to stay in and I recommend it 100%.
The house is clean and cute, with a good kitchen and with good coffee! With a group of 4 adults (no couples), having the air mattress meant everyone was happy with their bed. Since it was over 100F, the A/C units had some problems in the mid-afternoon, but if you walk to a pub or cafe nearby it's easy to keep cool. Quick ride downtown with Lyft/Uber. Finding Magnolia Getaway means I unofficially in charge of trip planning now.
Located in the National Historic District of Fairmont-right in the heart of the 'Near South Side'. We're located on a street two houses off Magnolia Avenue. Just steps from Spiral Dinner; Ellerbe’s fine foods, The 'Usual' is where to have 'classic cocktails' in an upscale environment.
