I enjoy most spending time with my family. Real Estate is one of my passions as well as I love sailing, traveling by boat, eating good food and having good conversation with great friends.
Andy purchased this House in 2012

Very nice little house in a great area of Ft. Worth
I really enjoyed this place. I was 10 minutes from both downtown and TCU.
I was also a hundred yards from a great street with GREAT restaurants and bars. The house was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely stay there again.
Very cool place to stay!
Easy to communicate with owner! The place was just as described, and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Fort Worth.
Super clean and cute in a great location!!!
We stayed here for a girl's weekend and we loved this place! The location was great for walking to some great little restaurants without having to Uber all the time. The home was extremely clean and nicely appointed. Loved the backyard - just wish we had more time to use it. We felt safe and comfortable here. A short Uber to Sundance Square or the Stockyards. Would definitely recommend!!!!
Adorable place in the perfect trendy location!
We enjoyed this home so much. It is very open and roomy considering the overall size. We were in town for a wedding and the bride and bridesmaids got ready here. Lots of room, natural light and bright colors were great for the photos. It is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Perfect choice!
Perfect part of town!
This property meet all our needs and then some. You couldn't have asked to be in a better location. The house was fantastic as well, inside and out. Andy works really hard to make the experience perfect and you can tell from the minute you pull up. He is also a text or call away should you need him, but like us, you won't need anything! We really appreciated the accommodations and will make this our go to spot when visiting Ft. Worth. Don't waste your time looking for other properties, this is a perfect home.
Thanks again, Andy!
Wow - Thanks for the great review!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Location is great - within short walking distance of restaurants, bakeries, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable, nice linens, and loved the modern decor. Felt very safe. Close to downtown, TCU and stockyard. We even took a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo which was outstanding...highly recommend.
