I enjoy most spending time with my family. Real Estate is one of my passions as well as I love sailing, traveling by boat, eating good food and having good conversation with great friends.
Andy purchased this house in 2012
Location, location, location! This property is in a prime location for a memorable visit to Fort Worth. The Historic Southside is rapidly growing with locally owned bars and restaurants. This property is a 1/2 block from all of the action!
The owner was very helpful with information. The house is very practical. Spacious kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Many nearby restaurants and bars and bakeries.
Andy is an awesome dude . And the fungshway of his spot is like no other . Happy traveler here ! Will recommend to friends . *thumbs up*
4th time to stay here! Always enjoyable!
We came down for a college football game at AT&T stadium. House was not to far of a drive to Arlington. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Around the block, there are restaurants, shops, and bars. Two miles away is Sundance Square. Location was perfect for us especially since we flew in and relied on walking or uber to get us where we wanted to be.
Andy was extremely helpful when booking our stay and if we come back to Fort Worth and/or Arlington, we would definitely stay here again!
Andy's house was a great spot for us to make our base as it was close to the #4 Bus (2 minute walk) and a short walk to the #6 bus....
The amenities were all you need to be self sufficient....however we used the local restaurants for most meals...especially the Avoca Coffee Shop....excellent coffee
The bed was so comfortable....we slept in most mornings... The refrigerator makes it's own ice which was excellent for our happy hour afternoon drinks on the back verandah. The neighborhood was a great place to start our stay in Fort Worth..
