I enjoy most spending time with my family. Real Estate is one of my passions as well as I love sailing, traveling by boat, eating good food and having good conversation with great friends.
Andy purchased this House in 2012

Clean, comfortable, convenient
We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this adorable house...even with 4 women and one man. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and was very close to a wide variety of restaurants including vegan if that’s the way you roll. Communication with the owner was easy and replies were prompt. When Andy stopped by to change a lightbulb (because 5 people weren’t enough), we even got a bit of history about the house and renovations. We did not have a car for a portion of our stay so used Uber and Lyft to get to downtown though buses and sidewalks are available. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night and enjoyed seeing the renovated historic houses by day. We would stay here again!
Nice open floor plan. It felt a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Room for lots of people to sleep if needed.
Beautiful, clean, comfortable home!
In town for a family wedding. My wife and kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
Easy access to everything
We loved staying here. It comfortably slept 4 girls and provided easy access to all areas of FW. Andy was wonderful and accommodating. The house was a little hard to keep warm given that it was in the teens outside and we did bring our own cookware. Other than that it was very easy!
Authentic southern charm
Good location, many places walking distance which is very unusual for Texas.
Nicely decorated there was even a Christmas tree.
A second shower would have been greatly appreciated especially seeing how the house advertised that it allows up to 8. I would say 5 persons are the max. Adam the host is very attentive and welcoming.
We enjoyed getting our family together and our stay in this quaint, charming home! Loved having the fenced backyard and being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It was also easy to get to downtown. Andy was responsive and ready to help if needed. The home worked out perfect for us!
