Tucked away between the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, this elegant villa has something for everyone to love! This home features an updated eat-in kitchen, gorgeous ocean views, an open floor plan, and close proximity to all of the Omni's amenities. Use the building's walkway to enjoy direct access to the beach, and come home to grills and an open lawn area right outside - the perfect spot for an afternoon barbecue!

Enjoy world-class resort pools, championship golf, a full-service spa, great dining options, and family friendly activities - most within walking distance or a quick bike ride. You can stroll more than three miles of pristine beach or spend an afternoon kayaking and paddleboarding through Amelia Island's preserved marshlands. If golfing is on the agenda, tee off at one of the two Audubon International Certified Sanctuary golf courses. You can also spend a morning at the on-site tennis facility set beneath majestic live oaks and featuring 23 Har-Tru fast-dry clay courts, a pro shop, a health and fitness center, and the Verandah restaurant. Bike and beach rentals are available on-site.

Beautiful views! This condo was even better than we expected! Very clean and had everything we could possibly need! Great location to the pool, beach accessories were also provided should you wish to have a day on the beach! The overall feeling of being on vacation in a coastal decorated home made for a great stay! Would absolutley recommend this property to those that want to visit Amelia Island! Staying on the Omni property had it's perks as well. Gated property, restaurants were fantastic, mini-golf and walking trails throughout, and tram service available!

Perfect property for a stay on Amelia Island

Very clean property, great location with pool and beach at walking distances. Shops at the Omni nearby. Very easy to move around the island.

Beach Time!

Great place to rent if you are looking for a beach getaway. Very well appointed and one of the cleanest rentals I have ever been in. Loved our visit!

The condo itself was great. The door lock/unlock was broken and no one ever came to fix it so we had to just leave it unlocked for our stay. The condo is ocean facing but it is a long walk to get to the beach.

Beautiful area! Love Amelia Island. The property was perfect for our weekend to play golf at Oak Marsh and visit Cumberland Island.

My booking and stay coincided with the changeover from VRBO to Vacasa to Casago. While the individual people I've gotten help from were lovely, it was very confusing and the information I received from Casago only made it worse. You don't have to publish this, but I do hope the message is clear that the clients renting during this time were not supported as well as they should have been.

Great stay

Great property with easy access to an in crowded beach and pool. Only negative is that the house only had 2 beach chairs for 6 of us…should be more clearly defined how many beach chairs come with the property. Overall great property and would stay again.

Great place!

This was a wonderful place for our girls trip! The condo was clean and the furniture and beds were all comfortable. The walk from the beach was very easy. There are a few places with steps on the boardwalk from building C, but the boardwalk between building A and B made it easier for taking a wagon and cooler with wheels. There were chairs, boogie boards and a large cooler in the condo. The listing mentions only one parking place. There is one assigned parking place, but the other two vehicles that we brought were able to easily find spaces in front of the building. The listing also mentions a trundle bed, but there are two actual twin beds in that bedroom. Great view of the beach from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

One of the best properties we've enjoyed at Amelia Island Plantation. The decor and layout were perfect for our family and we hope to be back. The only issue we had was with Vacasa (the management company) when they said someone would be there within 24-48 hours to address an issue with a bed. No one came and the issue was never addressed. But then we locked the keys in the condo and Vacasa was great getting us back in our room. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great unit but noisy neighbors made for two sleepless nights

Great location and the unit was nicely updated. However, there were two nights where the noise from the surrounding neighbors was unacceptable. I called property management during the first incident and they were unable to resolve (eventually the noise died but it wasn’t until about 1:00 AM). The second incident property management called security, who showed up within 15 minutes but because the noise was so loud within the other unit, it took over 25 minutes to get their attention. Around midnight they were finally able to quite down the neighboring unit.

Lovely ocean view with well appointed kitchen.

The unit was clean and tidy nicely updated and well appointed. We loved Amelia island and the stunning beach. The pool heat didn’t work which was a bummer as we couldn’t swim. We had stunning weather and coveted this perfect Amelia island location. We would absolutely love to return.

We were very pleased!!

We were in Amelia Island for a wedding ~ and truly enjoyed our stay! The condo we rented felt very welcoming upon arrival: very clean, well-equipped kitchen, great location, lovely view of the ocean. It’s a relatively quick and pleasant drive up to the town of Fernandina Beach ~ although we were happy to return to the calm and relaxtion of the condo. All in all - a very nice experience.

Adorable, clean, amazing views

This place was quaint and cute! It was so clean with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Unobstructed views along with easy access to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach get away!

My husband and our two teenage boys rented the villa and absolutely loved it! Fresh clean interior with great appliances and supplies. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and main floor. Very easy walk to the beach. Lovely pool. Perfect location on the quiet end of Amelia Island. Beach is wonderful for walking and surf is ideal for body surfing. We highly recommend!

Fun time

Love the place it just recently upgraded, super clean, nice pools, and easy access to the beach. The second bedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a great exp. The kids enjoyed the park, pools, wildlife, and the private beach.
