If you are looking for STUNNING views and easy access to the beach this is the place for you! This two-bedroom oceanfront condo is located in the highly desirable Summer Beach community on the south end of Amelia Island near the The Ritz Carlton.

While staying at this rental you also gain access to the private Summer Beach Club amenities which include tennis and pickle ball courts along with an oceanfront pool!

Upon entering the property guests are greeted by a coastal palette and ocean views. Tile floors throughout the main level is ideal for being so close to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and overlooks the dining and main living area. Dining can sit four comfortably along with three additional seats at the bar.

The main living area is equipped with two sofas (one with a Queen pull-out bed) two chairs, flat-screen TV with HULU live streaming, and ROKU. Sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony that overlooks the ocean.

There is also a stackable washer/dryer and a half bathroom on this level.

Hardwood floors lead you up the stairs to the master suite with vaulted ceiling, ocean views, king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Just down the hall is the second bedroom with Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Fresh bedding and bath linens are provided in addition to a starter kit of disposables (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc)

An additional pet fee is required.

Beautiful condo with view!

Loved every minute of our stay! The kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed and the decor was nice! Definitely will book again for our families next trip!

Overall the property is great. Could use a little attention to ice maker, shower heads and bath vents, but is in a great location, beach is right there and pools are very nice. Very quiet property and close to golf courses!!!

Great location and views

The stay was short but great. The views are second to none. The upstairs unit provided a much better view of the beach and ocean than a ground floor unit. We were very comfortable with all the amenities. There was nothing that detracted from a fantastic getaway. Comfortable bed and furniture and very clean.

August Retreat

Great Location. Condo is as described and clean. Management company responds promptly to concerns. However, it must be noted that the unit could use some TLC (I.e., rusting front door; master bath shower heads corroded, Beach chairs worn and umbrella broken). We will be back to Amelia Island!!

Amazing Location & Host

We will absolutely be back. Check in was great, everything was very clean, the host was helpful and very easy to reach for random questions. They were also very accommodating. Beds and pillows were so comfy. We came here after my dad passed to do some of the things we did with him as a kid and see my grandparents who live on the island. This place was the perfect home base and allowed us to use the pool we grew up going to with him. Those were the main reasons we picked it but it far exceeded our expectations! We feel super lucky to have gotten to stay here during this time!

Amelia vacation

We absolutely loved this condo and property. The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and very clean. The beach as well as the pool and common areas are wonderful. We enjoy Amelia Island, the bike trails, watching the gopher tortoises, birds at Talbot recreation area, restaurants on the beach area as well as those in downtown Fernandina. The shopping is great. The tour of Fort Clinch and the boat tour around Cumberland Island are also enjoyable and informative. The hosts were very responsive and all in all, it is a perfect place for an Amelia Island vacation. Lynn

Great condo! Fabulous view! Exactly as advertised.

We loved our stay here. The unit has updated and comfortable furnishings and comes with everything you need for a great beach vacation. We loved that the unit included beach chairs and towels. It also had plenty of starter amenities like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The only way you could stay closer to the ocean is to be on a boat. The unit is steps away from the sandy path to a quiet section of beach. The grounds in the development were also excellent and well-maintained with plenty of green space, providing a perfect place to walk our dog. The area was also well lit before and after dark. We look forward to coming back.

Loved the property, very clean upon arrival and very comfy. Stocked with everything you need! Only negative was the rental company's lack of communication. For example, we were told upon arrival that the dishwasher needed repair and were given a time for when the repairman would arrive. We wanted to be at the condo since our pups were there with us, just to keep them from being underfoot. The repairman never showed and we weren't ever communicated with as to what happened or why they never showed. Just felt the communication could have been much better. The property itself, though, was very nice and we'd definitely stay here again!

Location was fantastic (and convenient to everything), the views were wonderful, the property was lovely, the pools were a nice reprieve from the beach, and we loved watching the turtles come and go on the dunes. The listing was very accurate and fit our needs perfectly, and we appreciated that it was pet friendly so that our fur baby could come with us. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with necessary dishes/utensils/cookware for our needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family. The floors and furniture surfaces were not as clean as we would have preferred upon arrival...the coffee table had dust and crumbs still on it, the floors downstairs were sandy, and there were dust-bunnies in the upstairs second bedroom. We did a quick clean when we arrived, which was not ideal. We appreciated the attention to the battery in the front-door lock and while Ben was on site to replace the batteries, he also repaired the towel bar in the upstairs secondary bathroom. He was very polite and was in-and-out in about 15 minutes. Overall, our stay was exactly what we wanted for our family beach week including great food, great views, great weather, and the best memories made.

Great place

This is a beautiful location in Amelia and this place was amazing! Things I loved: Cleanliness-The beautiful tile floor was great! I do like to sweep often when at the beach and these floors made it extra easy to keep the sand up. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable Plenty of closet space (hangers provided) Coffee maker with option for whole pot or single cup (it was nice to make the single serving to go on check out day) and 4-5 Keurig cups were provided. The view from balcony was beautiful! The complex was maintained top notch!! Parking was easy and close The walkover to the beach was close to condo with NO stairs! This was fabulous because we had a wagon with lots of extra beach gear. Notes: Providing more than one roll of toilet paper, dishwasher pod, and trash bag would have made our visit easier. We had to purchase all of these and had to transport most of it home because we only really need one out of each package we had to buy. Kind of a pain! The biggest complaint for me was the small skillet. We had a small child and ate most of our meals at the condo. There was only a small 10” pan. Probably not an issue for most people, but it would have been nice to have a pan big enough to cook for more than two people. Wish the view of beach from bedroom was better. Overall, this was a wonderful place in a beautiful area! Would recommend!!
