Casa Las Piedras istuu kukkulalla, piilotettu yksityisellä asuinalueella Costa Azul laaja näköala Tyynellemerelle myös ympäröiville vuorille olevia San Franciscossa ja Sayulita. Kaikkein ainutlaatuinen piirre Tämä huvila on sen rauhallinen, syrjäinen sijainti, joka on vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä koskematon San Francisco (San Pancho) rannalla, ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä värikäs kylään, jossa kukaan löydä valikoima ravintoloita, lahjatavaraliikkeet ja mini ruokakaupat.

Casa Las Piedras isännöi custom puu, laaja rockwork, useita ulkona olo / ruokailuhuone terassit ja rehevä maisemointi että ympäröi koko omaisuutta. Another beautiful stay!

This was our 3rd stay at Casa las Piedras and just like the 2 times before it was a great vacation. The casa continues to amaze and the house staff (Ana and Alejandro) and San Pancho Rentals (Allison) are always a joy to be around and to work with. San Pancho is a beautiful town and we look forward to returning again next year!

Amazing home!

This home was amazing! The view was spectacular and the location was very unique. We had a great time and highly recommend this rental to others who want a more private, serene location within close distance to downtown and the beach.

All around excellence

We had an amazing time on our return trip to San Pancho. We love everything about San Pancho. The quietness, the peacefulness, it's just perfect. Casa las Piedras & Casita were both excellent. If we did run into any small issues, the caretakers were amazing. The house was incredibly well stocked with extra items we ended up needing. The beds were super comfortable, showers were great, as well as linens, etc. The pool is huge and was perfect for some pretty warm evenings. We ended up renting a golf cart, but that is completely optional. Walking to the town is pretty short as well. I would highly recommend Casa las Piedras & Casita, and will very likely be staying there again soon.

Perfection in San Pancho

Casa las Peidras & Casita was the third home we have rented over the years in San Pancho. The house has everything you want, great ocean views, wonderful jungle setting, the best pool yet, with up to date, high quality amenities & appliances. Plenty of towels & supplies. Close to town & restaurants, but far enough away to have your privacy. Beyond the house is the amazing staff, Allison & Anna take great care in fulfilling all your needs, setting up an in house dinner or massage, a fishing trip or restaurant recommendation, they can do it all!

Magnificent home with a superb view!

Our family rented both the casa and the casita las piedras. The quality workmanship in this home is outstanding! Everything was clean, working properly and beautifully prepared for our stay. Anna, the property manager and housekeeper, was just the BEST! The pool is wonderful and the "jungle like "location with all the flora and fauna was awesome! We had 3 generations, so we, as the grandparents, were delighted to be in the casita where we could rest and rejuvenate! The whole house water purification system was a definite plus. Not mentioned in the amenities were the washer/dryer - another huge plus. This was our second visit to San Pancho -wonderful! And San Pancho Rentals co-owner Allison is superb.

San Pancho Rental

The rental we stayed at in San Pancho exceeded our expectations. The view from the home was outstanding, our grandkids "lived" in the pool, the house staff was excellent, nonintrusive, friendly and did a superb job of cleaning. For example, on our first night we caught the tail end of a hurricane, which flooded the floor of the house, by early next morning the house staff had everything back in order and you couldn't tell we experienced a storm. We also, took advantage of having two meals prepared for us. Dinner the night we arrived and breakfast the following morning. Both were excellent. I would also highly recommend the people who handled the rental arrangements. Efficient and responsive.

Beautiful, stunning location

We had an amazing trip to San Pancho! Thanks goes to Nathaniel Rodriguez at Pancho Rentals for all of the wonderful recommendations that made our trip really great. We used BeBe Gear Rentals, Diva Tours, Sergio Gonzalez, also Anna the housekeeper was soo nice. They were all professional and gave us great service! The villa exceeded our expectations. We couldn't believe how beautiful the view and villa were. Such a fun vacation! The only draw back from the property was that it was a bit far from town (a 15 to 20 minute walk). I'd recommend getting a golf cart or car next time. But it was a really wonderful property, great view, lovely salt water pool, amazing beds and a great setup for two couples. They thought of everything for this villa, two different outside tables, multiple sitting areas with fans, an outdoor shower, ect. Loved, loved, loved it!

San Pancho Paradise

My husband and I spent a week at Casa Las Piedras for our 4th trip to San Pancho. This was by far the nicest house for the money we have found in the area. Comfortable beds, "real" furniture, gourmet kitchen, heavenly heated pool & views to die for. Also a quiet setting which is getting harder to find as San Pancho grows. The house manager who was also the cleaning person was great and took care of the house beautifully but was never in the way. We've already booked for next year.

Beautiful, luxurious, peaceful villa within walking distance to town and beach

I recently had the opportunity to spend a great vacation with my girlfriend and some friends in San Pancho and was very happy we chose to stay at Casa Las Piedras. The list of positives is very big so I'll just rattle them off here in the interest of brevity: the infinity pool was well-maintained and kept at a comfortable temperature, the housekeeping staff was friendly and did a fantastic job keeping the place very clean, all of the furnishings and amenities are modern, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioners and ceiling fans were more than adequate at cooling down the rooms even on hot sunny days, there is ample seating inside and out that could accommodate a large party, there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided, the purified water system was reassuring to have, etc etc. The villa had more to offer than we could even take advantage of during our stay. There are only a few things that could be considered potential downsides, depending on who you are. The villa is situated on a cobblestone street that isn't the most comfortable to walk on with sandals and probably impossible in high heels - sneakers are fine. This makes the walk to town a little rougher. The town isn't extremely close, but is still within a reasonable walking distance. The shower outside the master bedroom of the villa is literally outside - the wall comes up to about chest-level and is open to the outside scenery above that. I thought this was a nice touch, but my girlfriend felt a little strange showering there so she used the indoor shower in the other bathroom. But the villa is high enough above ground such that there is no need to worry about privacy in the shower. That said, I really don't have any complaints about this place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in San Pancho (which itself is also a great destination but that's a whole other review). It is really as beautiful as the pictures make it seem.

Beautiful!!!

What an amazing home. One of the nicest homes in San Pancho for sure. We have stayed at many and this one is up at the top of our list. The house is perfect for 3 couples, the Casita is very private and super nice too. Loved how close to town it was and the views and pool were incredible. The caretakers take really good care of the home and grounds and are very pleasant. Hope to stay in the beautiful home again!!!

Paradise!!!

As amazing as Casa La Piedras looks in the pictures, it's even better in person. A beautiful open layout, updated everything, huge infinity pool overlooking the ocean and picture perfect sunsets every night. About a 15 minute walk to the center of town, and if you don't want to walk, there's always a taxi in town to take you back, or just call Diva tours and they will pick you up at the house to take you to dinner for a few pesos. Ana, Alejandro , the Mgmt company (Nathaniel) and owners are great people to work with and make booking/getting there/checking in/everything a breeze, and are easily available for anything you need during your stay. San Pancho is also a beautiful little town. Great beach, amazing restaurants from 40 peso dinners to 400 peso dinners, whatever you're in the mood for. This was our 7th year traveling to Mexico for our January vacation, and it was our favorite yet, both house and town, and we've already pretty much decided that our next trip will be back to San Pancho and Casa La Piedras!!!
