Absolutely Amazing

The condo was beautiful, furnished with style and had every amenity one needed. The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular, the waves and white sand not to mention the sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The beach was so clean and water crystal clear, so few people , it felt like my own private paradise. I'm ready to book it again for next year.

Amazing

The condo is incredible from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Beds are amazing, bathrooms are wonderful, kitchen, living room are perfect. When you step out on the balcony, the views are amazing of the beach, sunsets were stunning. When we went down to the beach with our chairs, I felt as if I was on a private beach, we practically had the whole beach to ourselves. Parking was so easy, bringing our luggage and things was easy with their carts. Pool was good, water temperature was great. Can't say enough good things about this property. We will be going back next year.

We stayed at this property 8/8-8/15 and there was construction noise starting at 8 am each day. The fumes were unbearable. Honestly, they shouldn’t have rented the unit while renovations were underway. We couldn’t use the balcony for the entire week.I contacted the agent, and the agent claimed there was a note on the listing about the balcony. I checked the listing and found a small note at the bottom. It was very dishonest. Something as important as that should be at the top. The whole point of renting a beachfront property is to enjoy the view and the balcony.The agent also mentioned that they had sent an email about the balcony, but I never saw it because it went to my junk mail. The email wasn’t sent through the site I used for booking the reservation. They should have contacted me via phone or sent a message through the site used to ensure I was aware of the balcony situation. I could have rented something else to ensure we fully enjoyed our vacation. We were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. We made the best of it, considering we had driven over 10 hours for our vacation. However, we had to get up early every day and leave the unit because of the construction.Needless to say, I don’t recommend this place. The building is old compared to others in the area, which explains the renovations.

While construction is never ideal during a vacation, the property is still very much rentable, and many guests have continued to enjoy their stays while these updates are being completed. We do want to clarify that the renovation details were included in the property listing, and an email was sent at the time of booking explaining the balcony restrictions and providing the option to make changes or cancel if needed. We are sorry the email was not seen before arrival, but we make every effort to share important updates in advance so guests can make the best decision for their vacation.
