Important Notice: Starting September 2025, balcony renovations will be taking place at the property and will continue over the next year. While we're looking forward to the upgrades, guests may experience occasional noise or restricted balcony access at certain times. Gulf facing balcony will be complete and unrestricted after March 2025. The intercoastal guest bedroom and kitchen balcony restricted access is TBD.

*We are more than happy to suggest things to do during your stay. We are the owners of the property and available for anything you need during your stay. If you prefer a hands-off approach, that's perfectly fine too. We want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay!

*Heads Up: CBC-1 is part of a two-tower complex with 240 condos. The building or private units may undergo renovations, and while we can’t predict when, occasional construction noise during working hours is possible.
