Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and we appreciate the side yard turf for our dog. We spent most nights cooking in thanks to the plentiful kitchen items. The only drawback to the house location was the excessive road noise which impacted our outdoor time and sleep. The beach was a short walk, fitness center was adequate, and the food at various places in Cinnamon Shores was excellent. I would recommend Cinnamon Shores but not renting on the main highway side. Check in was easy and it was overall a perfect family vacation.

Perfect Beach Place for Teens

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I came here with 4 teenaged boys and a small dog and we had a wonderful time. Kitchen was great for feeding a bunch of hungry boys. Only problem was a the grill didn't fully work (only the left side worked), but we made do. Bunk rooms and loft were great for the boys while my husband and I enjoyed the king suite. Definitely rent a golf cart for cruising around the resort and between south and north Cinnamon Shores. Beach was great and boys enjoyed pickle ball courts and workout facilities. We will hopefully be coming back next year.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we have stayed in One Particular Harbor with our dogs. We love the fenced yard for them. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. It is a short walk to the Lisabella's, Dylan's Pizza, C-shore cafe, the pools, the beach, etc. We have a great, relaxing trip each time we come. We have recommended our friends stay here also since they have pets.

Wifey’s Birthday Trip

Overall, we had a great time and love Port A and Cinnamon Shores. I’m appreciative that the CS staff accommodated changes in beach chair quantity and location to CS South to create a larger group. Sage Beach Cart was also accomodating. One Particular Harbor was a cute house and provided plenty of room for the 5 adults, 2 kids and our pup. The kitchen was well stocked: pots, pans, Kuerig coffee maker, gas grill. All bathrooms were nice, beds comfortable. Sufficient parking for 2 cars and the beach cart. The only detractors are that this house backs up to Hwy 361 and road noise is noticeable and the intake vent in ceiling of primary suite clicks noisily above the bed.

Girls' Vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As is always the case, the property was well-kept and maintained. Excellent stocking of kitchen/cooking equipment. We did have an issue with two ceiling fans. The maintenance team did a very good job of responding, repairing and replacing the fans as needed. They were sensitive to our vacation timing and worked efficiently to meeting our needs. The cabinets (kitchen) could use a good, deep clean and the windows could use a good cleaning as well. Advise against using shams with no zippers on pillows in bedroom (decorative) as there's no good way to ensure they are diseninfected/cleaned prior to each visit. All else was good!!!

Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 enjoyed our stay and had perfect, warm weather which was unexpected. We loved the beach and having the golf cart to cruise around. The home is nice and very well stocked with just about everything you need. When we arrived on Christmas Day, we noticed it was warm/musty. We just assumed it was because the house had been vacant for a while. After a few hours there was no improvement so we called the office. In less than 15 minutes, a CS maintenance technician showed up. He ended up having to call an A/C company and we thought for sure it would be the next day before we had cool air. The A/C repairman showed up 5 minutes later. So impressed with the response time - especially given it was a holiday. He did a temporary fix, but said major work would need to be done soon. Although the house was comfortable, there is quite a bit of wear and tear and probably needs some attention at some point (oh, and master toilet seat is super loose). Since it backs to 361, there is quite a bit of road noise, but we were willing to overlook due to being able to have a fenced yard for our dog. Kids were super excited about the swinging chairs on the porch - note that those are no longer there and also no firepit as advertised. Minor issues, but overall a wonderful stay!

One Particularly Wonderful Vacation!

I also loved the large laundry room with bench seating and hooks for our jackets and towels, plus storage for our coolers, etc. Our teens loved the third floor hang out for gaming (bring your own console), and we appreciated the comfortable beds for good nights of sleep. Be sure to order pizza and salads from Dylan's...the Traditional was our favorite. C-Bar has fantastic burgers, salads and sandwiches and they deliver! Mom's day off :)

1st stay at Cinnamon Shore

The team at Cinnamon Shore was welcoming and did a great job explaining everything. The home was wonderful and warm and well appointed. Everything was within easy walking distance so we did not need to drive anywhere. We loved the pet friendly amenities including the dog park and pet bath. The beach was a short walk, and the on-property restaurant, Lisabella's, was wonderful. I would definitely stay again without hesitation. Only low point of our stay, road noise at times was a little loud but in the home it was fairly quiet.

Great house and location.

Great place. So many beds. Bring everyone. House was close to all, we didn’t feel it necessary to rent a golf cart. The highway noise was noticeable. But coming from inner-loop houston, it wasn’t a big deal. Might be more bothersome for others though.

One Particular Vacay

The master bedroom bed was awesome!!! AC cranked and it was so nice and comfortable. Perfect house for two families and kids. My only home complaint would be the highway noise since this particular home backs up to the highway. Check in didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped for. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes (check in at 4 and we didn’t get in until 4:45). The staff inside the office told us the house wasn’t ready and that something towels were in the dryer drying, however we were parked in front of house and there was no one still working to clean the house nor were there any towels in dryer. We felt as if they were making us wait just for no reason. So that was my chief complaint. And the office never responded to my texts or calls regarding maintenance issues. My husband had to physically walk to the office to get their attention.

One Particular Harbor 119 is a very nice house, comfy, spacious, stylish, and with a well-equipped kitchen. The enclosed backyard was a plus. There were some downs, the grill was super dirty and it was possible to hear the traffic noise from the main road that is behind the house. The actual furniture differs from the one shown in the online pictures.

It is our favorite place to stay in Texas. We have been thrilled with every unit we have stayed and look forward to experiencing new ones. My only disappointment is the nickel and diming for any variations in the schedule. We were quoted $100/ hour to extend our checkout a couple of hours to coincide with travel arrangements (knowing the unit was not booked after us). We stayed an extra day (again knowing the unit was not booked) and any discount applicable with our original reservation was not honored for the extended day. I just does not feel like our loyalty is appreciated when we feel dinged at every turn.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and loved the house. We did see some roaches dead and alive. The house probably needs to be treated.
