Welcome to Casa Playa! A Slice of Paradise! Come enjoy a great family vacation or couples retreat. This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the ideal Gulf-side vacation home! At Casa Playa, the living area has coastal décor and is very spacious, offering an ample seating area for guests. Slip onto one of the 2 decks the home has to offer and watch the beautiful sunset with a cold drink in your hand. The 3rd deck is a 35ft observation tower and has the most spectacular views of the ocean! Overall, there is 900 sq. ft. of deck space with furniture on all levels to relax on. After a long day at the beach, rinse the sand off when you arrive back at your home with the outdoor shower!

Don't forget to add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking! We are your one-stop shop. It's the best way to experience the island life and enjoy fun, easy access to the beach! (Must request 48 hours or more before your arrival date)

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap, and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
