Things to Note:
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
-To access parking and amenities at Laketown Wharf Resort, guests are required to complete a one-time registration and pay a fee of $78.17 prior to check-in. This fee is not included in your booking and must be paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be sent to you three days before arrival in the Welcome Guide. As part of the registration process, guests must provide the names and ages of all occupants, along with the make and model of their vehicle. Once registered, parking passes can be printed in advance for convenience. All wristbands needed for resort access will be waiting for you inside the unit upon arrival.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
