A spacious 1,308 sq/ft 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom golf villa with full kitchen and laundry. Enjoy a relaxing view of the pond from the living room or one of our two private balconies. The primary bedroom offers an oversized garden-style tub in the ensuite bathroom. Don’t worry about long hikes to your car with luggage and groceries, our 2nd floor condo offers plenty of parking right outside the front door. This tastefully decorated villa offers stone countertops and fresh furnishings you're sure to enjoy.

Great Family Stay

Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s condo. She was incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip, and we greatly appreciated how attentive and thoughtful she was. Diane went out of her way to ensure her guests were always well taken care of. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved having their own room with an attached bathroom, and we all enjoyed the selection of family games available. The closet full of beach items was a huge bonus—it made our beach day so much easier and more fun! We also loved the convenience of the tram stop located right in front of the condo, which took us directly to the beach. This was especially perfect since we were traveling with an infant. While we didn’t need it, it was great to see that a Pack ’n Play was available in the condo as well.

Dance Competition

We stayed at Edgewater 2905 for a week long dance competition being held at the event center. Really enjoyed the condo and the abundance of utensils and cooking supplies to make our own meals. Love the size of the condo and 2 bathrooms. Quality appliances like dishwasher, washer and dryer. Overall, extremely satisfied. I have a 4 for cleanliness because the carpets appear to need a good cleaning. The binder in the condo had a bio that 2 families own this property and I’m sure that it’s hard to make sure things are up-kept from afar. I wanted to share so they knew…

Perfect kid friendly spot

The host stocked this condo with everything needed for a perfect stay with two little kids. A closet full of beach goodies, rocking chairs on the back porch, a beautiful view of a pond where we could walk down to see the turtles and ducks every day. Right beside two pools. Easy access to the beach. They even had a wagon! The host was wonderful, the condo was very clean, and we had an awesome week!

The place was fine. I was looking at staying in tower 2, didn’t realize I booked across the street. I swear I was looking at Tower 2 where I could utilize the elevator. I have MS and found stairs challenging and showers in both bathrooms. The garden tub in master was deep and had no handrail but luckily the extra bathroom had a handrail. It was plastic but worked fine. I’m not sure how u booked this condo because I was looking at another condo but it was fine. Not sorry if I missed Villa/2nd level, no elevator/no walk-in shower.

Perfect place!

We absolutely love Edgewater! This location is prime, all the fun stuff offered in site helps with little kids! The villa was great, very clean, updated, offered a pack and play, beach toys, beach chairs, full stocked! Again VERY CLEAN! can’t wait to book again!

Family Beach Vacation

Great condo for our family!! Tram to beach was perfect for our grandsons - 3 years old and 10 months old. They loved the splash pad. Condo was well stocked with the necessities for the week!

My first stay was Great

My Wife, Sister-in-law and our 4 Grandkids really truly loved this place. It was clean, spacious and our home away from home for 2 wonderful days. Besides the issue with the room code when she arrived this was the very best place we have stayed in many year. Will book again using VRBO. Truly a fantastic stay.

Great mini vacation!

Diane was so helpful getting us in last minute and making sure we had a great trip. The condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed the gated community and gated pool and private beach access. It was nice to enjoy the beach and not have to deal with the craziness of PCB. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Will definitely be staying again.

Nice unit, close to everything!

Overall it was a great stay! We had a little hiccup when checking in and having to get another parking pass. I think the one thing I wasn't a fan of was how "not toddler friendly" it was... We kept my 2 toddlers in the master with us because the sliding door to the balcony in the 2nd room wouldn't lock. My toddlers new skill is unlocking doors. We had an incident where he opened the front door at 4am. We had to lock the master and basically barricade the door so he wouldn't get out again. Was hoping maybe a baby gate was available to put up. We really had to keep eyes on the toddlers because of the layout of the unit. Besides that it was a nice stay. Pretty centrally located. Loved having access to the entire resort and all the amenities!

Excellent Stay!

We have stayed in many VRBOs, and this one did not disappoint! Diane was so helpful from the get go- giving recommendations and answering questions we had. The condo was clean and spacious enough to accommodate a family of six. It was a quiet area, and I was thrilled that it has 24 hour monitoring to get in and out of the complex making it safe for my kiddos. The condo also had everything you could possibly need for the beach- no need to take up space in your vehicle or buy a bunch when you get there. The walk to the beach is less than ten minutes and is an easy trip. There are several pools. We really enjoyed the lagoon right off the beach because of the restaurant and drinks being easily accessible. My kids had an absolute blast! We will definitely plan to stay here again when we return to PCB!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It was the perfect location next to the convention center and walking distance to the beach. The two queen beds in one room worked so well for our three children. The king bed was the perfect level of comfort for ourselves. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There are quite a few pools that you can swim in. We were lucky enough to find one all to ourselves a couple of times. The large pool by the beach is just beautiful. Diane was very easy to rent from and always responded quickly when we had a question. The area was nice and the beach was beautiful. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your little piece of paradise.

Absolutely perfect!

I was lucky enough to stay at Diane’ place in late April for a week. Oh. My gosh! Sooooo much to do!!! The beach is literally just a four minute walk through the resort, and it’s one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen in my entire life. The Lagoon pool right near the ocean serves food and beverages making it quite convenient for relaxation. There are also multiple pools on the property which we utilized. The unit is close to everything, just a short, Uber ride to lots of great restaurants, bars, and activities. The unit itself was clean, peaceful, and the neighbors were fantastic. Having two separate bedrooms AND bathrooms allowed plenty of privacy. This is a great place for a getaway, or to come with a family. Don’t forget your golf clubs! I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place!

Here, you'll find amenities galore! This condo is nestled in the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

This condo is located in a quiet area, so you can unplug and relax with your crew. When you want to explore the grounds, you'll find property has numerous amenities including a Par-3 executive golf course, 10 Plexicushion tennis courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, 3 pickleball courts, 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, and a kid's splash pad. There are also several places for dining on the property as well as a convenience store offering necessities, ice cream, and Starbucks coffee.

When heading to the beach, it is a short 5-minute walk minutes from front door to the sand. There is a free golf cart shuttle service available that will take you beachside, or you can chose to walk over the private pedestrian bridge to the beach.
