Great that the SHARK passes came with house, kids loved it. And we enjoyed riding the bikes they provided.

It’s nice to have 4 bedrooms. But the primary had extremely meek air conditioning in the room, making it absolutely insufferable to sleep. The house is quite dated and could use updates in couches and carpets etc. The basement room was much enjoyed by the kids. Communication between the management company was good. Not worth the price.

We also appreciate the notes about the couches and carpets and will review those areas for updates. Glad the kids enjoyed the basement and that our communication was good. Check in was delayed due to previous guests not checked out when we arrived at 4:00pm. Cleaning crew worked quickly to get us in by 6:00pm but we arrived with six little kids after a 3 & 1/2 hour drive only to be turned away. Not a great start to our vacation. One night was comped but many things were missing from the house to make it a great stay
