# 201 Truro Furlough: Emplacement central mais isolé, maison d'architecture moderne, à 5 minutes de la plage! Cette belle maison d'architecture est nichée dans les bois de la ville de vacances trÚs convoitée de Truro. Situé prÚs de la fin d'une rue sans issue tranquille et à quelques minutes de la plage, cette maison offre l'équilibre parfait de l'emplacement central et de l'isolement. L'accÚs à l'une des plus belles plages de Cape Cod, Corn Hill Beach, est à seulement un mile, et le cÎté océanique National Seashore est à moins de quelques miles. En plus d'un emplacement idéal, cette maison offre de merveilleux espaces de vie en plein air avec une grande cour avec un barbecue à gaz et à la fois au niveau du sol et des zones de pont au 2Úme étage avec des siÚges. Le premier étage de la maison offre un grand salon et salle à manger, une cuisine et une chambre principale avec un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte. Le deuxiÚme étage fournit trois chambres supplémentaires ainsi qu'une salle de bain complÚte; Les 2e et 3e chambres offrent toutes deux des lits complets, tandis que la quatriÚme chambre offre deux lits jumeaux. Cette maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et est un endroit parfait pour passer des vacances reposantes à Cape Cod!

A lovely house with so many windows both upstairs and down. The upstairs’ bedrooms were good sized, comfortable, with sliding doors opening to a balcony! The property is on a dead-end road so it is very quiet all around. Safe for pets and children. The kitchen was very functional with every dish, pots & pans, and utensils you would ever need! Bathrooms were well appointed! Great bathtubs!Thank You Del Mar for being so helpful and responsive whenever we had a question!

Great Cape escape

Quiet street in a wooded setting. Very comfortable inside and this place provided everything we needed. Even had bikes and boogie board for us to enjoy! Not wanting for anything. We had a really nice time.

Great stay in Truro

In the style of cape moderns, the house is in a wooded area close to both bay and ocean beaches. Near to Provincetown with necessary stores. House has open plan and sunny bedrooms on second floor. We recommend it.

Nice little house!

We were looking for a quiet place that could accommodate our family (2 parents, 3 teens, and a dog) at was close to Provincetown and beaches. This house was just what we were looking for. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable, with plenty of beds, a functional kitchen, and a great location. One note: the bathtubs/showers might be difficult for those with moving challenges. It's quite a step down into the bath!

Sweet Privacy in the Woods

Lovely midcentury modern home that fits beautifully in its wooded lot. Wonderfully clean and well-equipped throughout and extra beach chairs, bikes and washer/dryer in basement are a huge bonus! Spacious and comfortable living room; well-equipped galley kitchen is tight for more than one or two people at a time. Dining table is sticky with years of cleaners and needs a light sanding and refinishing. Master BR w/en suite downstairs is spacious and convenient but its constant shade makes it a little prone to mustiness (air purifier that was provided did help). Two of the bedrooms upstairs are light-filled and lovely, although the two twin mattresses in one room badly need replacing (could feel the springs!). Minor fixes are also needed to sliding screen doors. The short drive to Corn Hill beach (and other beaches), along with easy access to Wellfleet, P’town, kettle ponds, kayaking, and after dinner ice cream(!) etc. made this a perfect location, while preserving absolute peace and quiet!

Rustic Cabin Charm

There was a time-period feel to this cabin-in-the-woods accommodation. The decor was 1970s - in a nice charming way. There could be some updating to the appliances, but apart from that, nothing wrong with the place at all. The only negative I would say is the waste trash service. Two bins - you’d think one is for recycling, but in the end we saw the trash removed and put in one dump. I think if you want recycling you might have to do it yourself. Lots of books for adults and children and board games and other games. The dining table seemed to remain sticky to the touch despite scrubbing it with detergent a decent time. I think it needs sanding and varnishing. Beds were soft and comfortable, - fans in rooms but only one AC unit in the living room. Nice panoramic view of the woods directly outside the living room. I would say you need to hire a car or bicycles at the very least, in order to get around

Family time

I have never had better communication from a host. I particularly appreciated check in and check out emails/texts that got all the pertinent information to the top of my inbox. Three family members and our sweet dog had five relaxing nights at the property which was well situated for exploring the mid and Outer Cape.

A great way to end our summer and to enjoy Cape Autumn

Great location, lots of room. Hosts response to any little thing was immediate and appreciated. Fabulous restaurants no matter which way we went on Rte 6. Ciro & Sal’s in PTown was our favorite. The dune tours are not to be missed and we would do it again every year, as we would walking the bike trails on the National Seashore. A terrific vacation! Thank you!!

The house was very clean and the location was very good. The property is within a 30 minute walk to Corn Hill beach. The management company of this property is EXCELLENT.

A fun way to experience mid-century Cape architecture

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was meticulously cleaned and there was plenty of room for friends and family to come visit. We have long admired mid-century modern Cape houses and there are many of them in the neighborhood. It was about a 20 minute walk to get coffee at Jams in the morning. A couple of things could use replacing, namely the loveseat in the primary bedroom, which is sagging too much to be usable. Also, some of the crank handles on the windows are too worn to "catch" and need replacing. However you can also tell that this house is much loved by its owners. We especially appreciated the convenience of finding beach chairs and umbrellas in the basement, and it's always great to have laundry on site.

Beautiful Location!

Located in a lightly wooded area that provided some privacy but only minutes drive from Corn Hill beach. The property was dog friendly and easily accomadated a family of 6 adults and one child. The only criticicism is that, for the price, the house could use some updating. That being said we enjoyed our stay and would rent again

Great location lots of space

This home was situated right between Ptown and Welfleet in a very quiet and private location in the woods and access to good restaurants and our favorite beaches was excellent. Managment company was on call, very helpful and responded to a few minor issues quickly. Beds were comfortable and the open eating and living area was good for evenings chats and tv. Needs a bit of updating on patio furniture and lacks an outdoor deck but other than that it suited our needs.

Family Trip to Truro

Great time away from home

It was alot of fun. My house is being worked on so we had to find a home away from home for a few days and this one was excellent. Very close to everything we needed. Even rented a boat for the day not even 18 minutes away. Coast is all around too so the kids loved it as well.
