The space
The Space
Villa Coral Blanco has been designed with comfort, luxury, and convenience in mind. You'll find:
• Two spacious bedrooms, each with king-size beds, Smart TVs, built-in closets, blackout curtains, and air conditioning
• A sofa bed in the living room that converts to a full-size bed for extra guests. Please note Temporary Sleeping Arrangement Update: Due to a manufacturing delay, the new sofa bed for our unit is scheduled to arrive on October 30, 2025. Until that time, the property will accommodate up to 4 guests in the existing beds. A standard sofa is available in the living room for seating; however, it is not a sleeper sofa.

Other things to note
Sargasso & Hurricane Season Notes
Puerto Morelos, located in the Yucatán Peninsula, experiences both Sargasso (seaweed) season and hurricane season.
Sargasso Season: May through August (Most active between June through August)
• Seaweed may accumulate on beaches, making swimming less pleasant during heavy periods
• Our beach is cleaned regularly, but during peak sargasso, we recommend the nearby public beach which is cleaned daily and has a sargasso barrier to minimize/eliminate buildup
• Options nearby include:
o Dia y Noche Beach Club: 2 loungers, shade, showers – 250 pesos/day
o Ojo de Agua Beach Club: Chairs for 250 pesos per person (cost applies to food/drinks)
o Don’s Beach Club: Free to use with food/beverage purchase
o Palm tree beach area just beyond Don’s for a completely free, natural beach experience
• A sargasso barrier is currently being installed and will be completed in Spring 2026 for even better conditions
Hurricane Season: May through November (most active between August and October)
• No hurricanes have made landfall in the area in over 10 years
• Please be aware of this season when booking, as standard cancellation policies apply

Construction & Noise Notice
All major construction in the building and surrounding area is now complete. However, as with any managed property, occasional maintenance, cleaning, or minor repairs may take place within the complex or in neighboring buildings.
Additionally, please note that Villa Coral Blanco is located next door to the Puerto Morelos port. While this is not a major commercial port, you may see or hear ships and boats being loaded or offloaded during daytime hours. For many guests, it’s an enjoyable and unique experience—watching the quiet rhythm of ocean commerce unfold right from the comfort of the balcony.
