Property Notes:
-Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Please allow up to 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature, as this depends on outdoor conditions. Note that during winter or colder months, heating temperatures cannot be fully guaranteed.
-Guests are responsible for placing trash and recycling bins at the curb for collection. Collection days are posted on the refrigerator for your convenience.
-Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 10 am
-No Smoking on the property
-The Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older
-By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy excludes children under three years of age.
-Pools are used at guests’ own risk. Under 18’s must be accompanied at the pools. The safety fence (if installed) must be used at all times.
-Notify the property manager of any damage or incident to the property.
