Other things to note
~ Pets: We allow pets and we charge $150 per pet per stay. NO CATS
~ Early Check-in: We have a $75 Early check-in fee. Please inquire about early check in for approval. Host must approve.
~ Late Check out: Please inquire about early check in for approval. Host must approve.
~ For stays 29 nights or more: Guests will have to sign a rental agreement with us and will undergo background check and credit check as an additional requirement.
~ Lost and Found - If you ever left an item behind and have requested to have it shipped, we will have to charge a $50 convenience fee + whatever is the shipping cost.
~Additional Amenities/Special Request - For any requests, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
~Parking: If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days and regulations are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.
~ Maintenance: Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as , "taking out the trash", "cutting the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.
~ Mailboxes: Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.
