Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No smoking of any kind, including marijuana or vaping, is allowed inside the property. If smoke odor is detected after checkout, a $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and odor removal.
Please take the trash out to the dumpster and the code to the lock is 1200. Please lock it again when you finish.
White towels are for guest use only. For makeup, use black towels or wipes provided. Stained or damaged towels that cannot be cleaned will incur a replacement fee based on the number affected.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
