Alaskana - Walk to Downtown, 3 Bedroom Upper Apt

Come experience the interior of Alaska at our place! This is a family friendly, 3 bedroom upper apartment and great for small groups. It is fabulously situated,
in a central location, with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Shopping, restaurants, the river walk, museums and more are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a fenced in front yard for the little ones to play in without worry of the traffic.

1000 Sq Ft apartment with a large smart TV & sound bar, with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room with washer and dryer.
Master has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The living room has 2 couches that fold down into beds.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front and back yard.

We will be available via text or call and have staff close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!

The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with street parking for extras.

The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes.

This is a multiplex so you will need to abide by the quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM

NO PARTIES
There are a few unique things about our place.

The water is heated by steam so you will never run out of hot water, but you can burn yourself, so please check the temperature before immersing your hand or hoping in the shower.

Internet:
The code is on the bottom of the square nighthawk box beneath the tv.

All garbage must be bagged and the bags go in the bin next to the parking spot.

There is another Airbnb unit beneath this one, quiet hours are 10PM- 8AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

Upon check out, leave all dishes washed (can be left to dry in the dish drainer), and empty the garbage.
