Great beach house for a family

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The location was great, with beautiful beaches nearby. The house was comfortable, and we appreciated the late check-out on our last day. A nice spot for a family getaway! Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Family Easter break

Peter's property is great! It is spacious, comfortable and homely. Location is fantastic, in being close to the beach and shops but away from any potential noise. The garage is filled with nostalgic games, a turntable and old records. We had a great time revisiting music enjoyed in our childhoods. Thank you.

Wonderful property

Lovely holiday house to enjoy our trip to the Bay. Extremely clean & well equipped home. Peter (host) was very accommodating & we loved the special touches eg milk in fridge/ packet of biscuits on bench for our arrival. Highly recommend & definitely would stay again.

So very happy with our stay.

We took Dutch family members for a 4 night stay in Apollo bay. This house was a perfect home away from home for us. Location was great, central to many attractions. The house was clean and had everything you could want for a family holiday. Loved having breakfast on the back verandah listening to the morning birds. We had an amazing stay thanks so much for everything will definitely try to book this house again

Amazing host!

Property was clean and as listed. Lots of fun equipment like a ping pong table and paddle boards for us to use. Host was amazing! Communicated quickly and even notified us that the property was ready for us to check in as early as we wanted on the day of arrival and didn’t ask us to rush out in the day of departure. Location on the Great ocean road allowed day trips to 12 apostles, beautiful hikes and lovely beaches!

Perfect beach house for our family!

My family stayed at this well located, practical, extremely clean, neat and tidy house with a balcony. The host was very considerate with having a litre bottle of milk in the fridge for us. There was every possible kitchen appliance available. The TV & dvd player worked well. The lounge suite was very comfortable. All of the beds were excellent. Bathroom had a great hot shower. The key arrangement was handled very well. The balcony and backyard area was well planned out. It was quiet and peaceful. The host thought of everything a family could need on a holiday. Excellent house. Thoroughly recommend by us.

Lovely stay at Apollo Bay

Recently our family stayed at this cute, clean and cozy fully equipped house located in a safe and quiet street. The house has lots of natural sunlight. The location was perfect. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach, local park, cafes and all other amenities. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed using all the indoor and outdoor equipment and activities that the host provided especially the table tennis table and the boogie boards which kept the whole family happy and amused. Sleeping arrangements were good with nice and comfortable beds. Decent size outdoor entertainment area & backyard with plenty of grass for the kids to play and run around. Overall it is a great place to stay! 😀👍🏼

Friendly host and easy low key beach house

Thanks for the stay - it was a wet and wild weekend but the house was toasty and cosy. We appreciated that you'd popped the heater on to warm the house right up for us before we arrived. Everything as stated. Thanks

3-day SCUBA diving trip

Six male adults in age group 50 - 70 stayed at the property . The rooms were nicely presented but the overhead bunk above the double bed was for the youngest member of the group as the access ladder was a bit daunting, The kitchen was cramped but we managed OK. Dining and lounge was very nice and plenty big enough for all of us. Couches were very comfortable too, The heating system was way above the necessary capacity and heated the room up in a matter of minutes to the point where we were all cooked .(.... but I'm sure that the cold blooded ladies will love it). The backyard was a dream come true for us as we were able to park two17 ft boats and their respective 4 WD's side by side without having to decouple, The backyard was accessible from the street and had a double sliding gate. Our boats and expensive dive gear was well and truly secure. The secure shed was terrific as it gave us a spot to cook our crays and stow empty scuba cylinders. The undercover verandah on the back patio was equipped with tables and chairs and provided some respite from the "hot-house". We were also able too rig up a drying line for our wet suits out of the dew and then the rain. Peter (the owner) was very relaxed with departure time and we were able to have breakfast, pack up and exit the house without having to get up at "sparrows". This was appreciated as we were all pretty tired after 3- days of diving and solving the world's problems each night into the wee-hours. We're looking forward to doing it again and hope that Peter's house is available when we come back.

Great holiday

Great holiday, accommodation was lovely with nice little homely touches and great communication with owner. Only issues we had was not light for sitting outside or when using the BBQ, would have come in and handy for an outside light
