Bienvenidos a OTWAY VISTA 12

Ubicada en un tranquilo bolsillo de Apollo Bay, la propiedad se encuentra junto a exuberantes campos de cultivo verdes con impresionantes vistas de los rangos de Otway, esta casa excepcionalmente bien mantenida presenta un gran valor para el exigente solicitante de vacaciones. A poca distancia del centro de la ciudad y de la impresionante playa de Apollo Beach, donde podrá disfrutar de todo lo que Apollo Bay tiene para ofrecer.

También ubicado a 2 minutos a pie de su propiedad, encontrará un gran parque infantil, canchas de tenis y la piscina local donde podrá disfrutar de un "chapuzón" o aprovechar la playa virgen.

Su propiedad cuenta con cocina abierta con todas las necesidades, comedor (mesa x 6 sillas) y sala de estar (TV LCD, DVD, reproductor de CD y Foxtel, que ofrece una gran selección de programas para su disfrute), fuego de leña conarra, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso. Máquina de café saeco y más.

Hay 3 dormitorios, 1 x queen, 1 x doble y 1 x literas, junto con un baño privado (ducha, inodoro y tocador) que va desde el dormitorio principal, baño principal (ducha, bañera, inodoro y tocador) y una lavandería separada ( lavadora de carga superior, secadora y todas las necesidades que necesitará durante sus vacaciones)

La parte trasera de la propiedad tiene una hermosa área de terraza con barbacoa, mesa y sillas, sombrilla, donde puedes simplemente relajarte en tu barbacoa con un vaso de champán y disfrutar de esas idílicas vistas tranquilas.

The bunk bed room contains germs.

One of us slept in the bunk bed room the first night and was sick by the morning. They had watery eyes and runny nose.Maybe disinfect that room or leave the windows open for a few days, very stuffy room

Some pans unwashed, internal doors rattle when windy, made for difficult sleep, fire place wasn't clean ready to use, house is dated but overall done Us for 4 nights. If you stay there make sure to take coffee ,tea, sugar , milk, salt and pepper. Don't expect 5 star and it will do the job.

Comfortable for a family

We loved the location and the overall feel of the property. There were no towels, no wifi, no firewood and also no clear instructions on where to return the keys for check-out. We arrived Friday afternoon and pickup the keys from the office in town, but they were closed the whole of weekend so didn't address the issues we had. If the management is improved, it would be a fantastic place to stay at.

Nice fireplace for wet winter getaway

Overall we enjoyed the weekend, however the photos made the place look significantly bigger than it is, and it needed some extra supplies - brining your own linen does not normally mean tea-towels and when we asked we were told to buy some. Also there was only 1 match provided. Many lamps were for tea-lights but there were none available. We had to walk pots and pans before using them.

Great stay!

We had a great time. The property had everything we needed. Location is great and in a quiet area. Great views to the hills and farm land, and nice seeing the cows. The host is very accommodating. We will come back.

Great location just needs some love

The view from this property is amazing, with cows regularly passing by your back fence. I hadn’t realised on the listing how close by your neighbours are though. The house is a great size for a family for a week away. It could do with some minor maintenance repairs & a good clean to make it great. Little extras like tea towels & essential staple pantry items like oil salt pepper, cling wrap would have been handy. It’s a good option but with a few small touches it could be a great 5 star accommodation choice.

Lovely place with nice scenery

Really enjoyed our stay. Kids especially loved the cows at the back fence and the wood fire made it cozy for our winter stay. Would definitely recommend.

Well stocked kitchen and everything that was needed. Lovely quiet location and outlook. Generally well equipped and comfortable. Needs a good clean and some maintenance to the house, but we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful long weekend

A well equipped stay in a peaceful setting was enjoyed by my whole family. Relaxing by the fire was a lovely way to end the day as you gaze out over the peaceful hill side.

Great views into the hills

Great place to stay, there were fantastic views out the back windows from the main living area. Cows wandered past daily and were friendly enough to feed some grass. The fireplace heated the whole place, as did the split system, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay again.

Peaceful paradise

Lovely outlook over farmland and the hills, so private and peaceful. Cleaning could have been better, but there is a real staff shortage, and you can tell they are doing what they can to keep things going and make holidays still happen, so happy to cut some slack there. The staff at great ocean real estate were lovely, I don’t think I’ve had a more welcoming experience picking up keys before. All in all, good value in my opinion

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing

The house was clean, bright, comfortable and cozy. There was plenty of kindling and wood supplied for the fire and the facilities and amenities were really good. The living space is smallish, so good for a couple of people, but not big families - was great for 2 old friends to get away for a couple of days. The town and beach are easily in walking distance if you want to leave the car behind.

Lovely week away

This was a great find for a week away in Apollo Bay, we had two couples and 3 under 3. We fit comfortably with the bedrooms down one end and the open kitchen/living/dining down the other. Nice set up and easy to get to. A drive down to the beach and main strip but not a problem at all. Facilities were usable although the oven and stove top are getting a bit old and clunky. The kids bedroom with the bunk beds didn’t have a roller blind to blackout the room, would suggest putting that in to help with kids daytime napping and sleeping. There was a very big huntsman spider that surprised me in the bathroom. Thankfully hubby is more calm and was able to catch it and release it outside. Hopefully this doesn’t deter anyone, would stay here again! There was a toy box that the kids loved and the view out the paddock with cows was peaceful.

Cute and comfortable

Comfortable accommodation for a family of 4-6. Coonarra provided great heating for living area but the heat didn't quite reach the bedrooms. Obviously this wouldn't be a problem in summer. Shower in the main bedroom ensuite was not usable and there was a smell of mildew in the main bedroom which needs to be addressed. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Cute little Shack

Was very happy with this place. Had all we needed for a few days away. The house was clean and well equipped with very comfortable furniture and bedding. Would happily re book. The outdoor area needs a little maintenance, it was a shame we couldn't fully enjoy that beautiful view.

Great view. Beds were comfortable and homely place. Dire need for maintenance. Inside had smelt like a smoker's house. Mould left in ensuite shower and sink and some of the dishes were put away dirty.

Lovely outlook

First impression would be improved if the strip of garden and big planter pots flanking the door were weeded. Place looked neglected. Information booklet had no information except a warning about re-tuning the TV. No instructions on how to access Foxtel and no list of available channels. No hint that you had to use wall switches to get power to the stove and hotplates and no hint that these were hidden behind the microwave. However, view from back windows was lovely, the position was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower good (though leaving the remains of a broken towel rail adds to the feeling of neglect).
