Parties and large gatherings are NOT ALLOWED; violators will be evacuated immediately, and the house codes will be modified. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules. We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the townhome. +A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence.

We may be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out only if our schedule allows. Please request when booking.

We provide starter quantities of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee k-cups, etc). This is usually enough for 2-3 days. Guests will be responsible for purchasing more if needed beyond the starter quantity.

Like most Nashville homes, this is a 3 story home with many stairs. Guests will need to use stairs during their stay.

We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that our home is not childproofed and has many stairs. Please supervise children at all times. It may not be the best fit for infants and young children.

DISCLAIMER: The exterior video surveillance system consists of two cameras: one positioned at the front of the house, monitoring the front door entrance, and another located at the back, overseeing the garage entrance. Both cameras record activity to ensure the home is protected and secure. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

No smoking or vaping:

The home is a non-smoking and recreational drug-free space. Do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or cigars while in the home or right outside the house. A fee of $500 is charged if we identify that someone smoked in the residence or in the premises. You can smoke outside the premises of the house.

Please respect courtesy quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am.

PETS
Pet fee is $250 and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.
