About this property

Perfect escape from city life & yet only 30 minutes away from Houston!
Guests stay at the "Back House" which has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, full gym, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong!

NOTE: Extra charge of $75 to heat the hot tub for 3 hours or $480/day. Sorry, it's expensive but the gas is crazy high now and it uses propane.
The jets are free. Also, payment needs to be in advance as we've had guests say they were going to pay, then didn't. We also need a minimum 48 hour notice to heat the pool as it literally takes 24 hours or more to heat it.
