The beach and boards are in walking distance it takes us under 10 minutes to walk. after your beach day park your car in driveway. walk up just 3 steps and relax on front porch or put your favorite food on Weber grill and chill. Outdoor sitting area and table area under pergola. Inside you can enjoy watching tv on a 55" 4k smart Roku TV with sound bar. House includes all new stainless steel appliances! WiFi and Roku's in bedrooms or bring your own Roku/Firestick. This unit has 1.5 bathrooms
The bedrooms also have flat screen TV's . kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay. Additional outside shower! Note this is a non smoking building. We only rent to adults over 21. no events and no senior week rentals. We do not supply linens.

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great time staying here. The place was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. There was pleanty of rooms for everyone in our group.

Our family of four loved this home! We loved the outside shower, BBQ and the location! Close enough to the beach, Boardwalk, shops and restaurants but with a "neighborhood" vibe!

Wonderful property! Nothing but all good things to say about this place! Very close to all your needs (beach, shops, parks etc). Property manager was easy to reach and very helpful. Would highly recommend this house for a family stay by the beach!

The home was charming and very clean The kitchen is very well stocked.Checkin was incredibly easy with the keypad.The pictures online show different furniture in the side yard. What is there is 4 Adirondack chairs instead of the sofa.

Very cozy home close to everything. Well stocked kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms as well. Sal was just a message away and was very helpful. Only issue we had was the bunk bed was extremely noisy and was hard to sleep on due to the noise. Everything else was great and place is definitely one to recommend.

Great spot!

Property exactly as promised, and even a bit nicer than expected. Location was perfect- close enough to all OCNJ has to offer, while also located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We spent most of our time at the house at the outdoor seating area. Plenty of room for our family of 4, plus a guest who stayed a couple nights with us. Sal is super attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely book this house again!

We had a fantastic stay! We loved the outdoor patio and spent a good bit of time out there because the weather was beautiful! The accommodations were great! The house was in a good location not too far from anything… boardwalk, restaurants, super markets etc. We did not need Sal much at all because we had everything that we needed, but when we did reach out he was very responsive. Very enjoyable stay.

Very quiet neighborhood. Pleasant neighbors. The house is roomie, there was plenty of space for my 3 granddaughters to run about and play. Our last night we had a barbeque with 10 guest that included 5 children under 10. With the furnished side yard and porch everyone was comfortable and relaxed. We were probably a bit too noisy. LOL Worth the price.

Great spacious 3 bedroom apt on lower level. Was clean and well-stocked with all the basics.

6/30/18-7/7/18. Sal, the property owner, greeted us after we arrived providing beach tags and confirming all was good with Check in. A day or two into our week stay I contacted him about toaster and a new one was dropped off later in the day. The house is on a quiet block that had ample parking. A few blocks away is a nice walk to the beach and boardwalk and one block to bay. Plenty of space outside and in small shed to store chairs and surf boards and bikes. We used both the front porch and backyard patio. Could use an umbrella for table outside in the bright sun. Shared the outside shower with upstairs unit which was fine. Inside was spacious enough with plenty of seating too. Beds/pillows were clean comfortable. Plan on bringing extra pillows and blankets for living room futons if you need to use. Ocean City, NJ is a great spot to access all the Shore towns from Atlantic City through Cape May and we visited quite a few. The two newly opened Casinos in AC were worth the short trip from OC. We had a great week with nice weather and a terrific 4th of July fireworks display from the boardwalk. Would definitely recommend and would consider renting this property again. Thanks, Sal.

Cute property, clean & spacious.

We were pleasantly surprised with the open floor plan & spaciousness. Tile floors throughout add to the cleanliness. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans & storage containers. Our family of seven adults did not feel cramped. The only issue we had was musty AC units, but Sal said he would have replaced them had I brought them to his attention at the beginning of our stay so I’m sure they are fine now. Nicely located by the bay & a short bike ride to the boards.Ample street parking is available too.

This is a quaint little place not far from the start of the boardwalk.

We arrived a little early and was able to check right in. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The house has 2 rooms with queen beds. A second room has bunk beds. The two couches fold down for 2 more beds. The place was clean and decorated with a beachie feel. There’s an out door shower which was great after a day at the beach. All in all it was a great experience.
