This is a beautiful property. The cottage is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The view of the lake is stunning and the water is clear and lovely for swimming. We watched bald eagles catch fish and listened to loons in the evening. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The nearby Nature Center has a variety of boat tours of the lake and an informative display and trails.
Your lake front cabin was exactly what we needed for our short stay. We spent most our time on the wonderful porch and my favorite, the little deck on the shore of lake for loon watching. We liked being able to jump off the wharf into the lake, a perfect temperature. Would visit again for a longer stay with our adult children.

So happy yiu enjoyed our little piece of solitude on Squam Hop Hope to welcome you back next year!
The cabin is beautiful! The woodworking and craftsmanship is amazing. The view of the lake from inside is somewhat obstructed by trees. If you are bringing a boat, bring plenty of bumpers to put between boat and dock since that end of the lake gets a lot of boat traffic on the weekends.
