Melvin Village - 5 bedroom, 3 full bath newly renovated home. Amenities include: minutes to the town beach, huge yard, grill, stainless steel kitchen, coffee bar with Nespresso machine & Keurig Duo, arcade machines, foosball, and board games. (Skeeball down waiting for repair)

The property comfortably sleeps 16 people. The kitchen has spices and all the basics for family cooking including air fryer. We provide 4 kayaks for guests to use during their stay. The yard space is huge. We provide ladder ball and corn hole boards. There is also a hammock to enjoy the outdoors in.

A great spot to gather a group of friends!

Melissa's place was perfect for gathering friends for my wife's 30th birthday! The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to host!

Family vacation

The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone to hangout together or have space of their own. A short walk to the village beach to enjoy the lake and fish. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely book again. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation to hang out with family or a group of friends this is the place!

Great place and a great host

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hostess is highly responsive to our needs. The property is beautiful and well kept. I am running out of compliments to this place. If you are thinking to rent this place, take it without second thoughts. You will love it !

Great property

Great property, location was great! Fire pit in back, old school arcade games! Only complain would be garage was off limits but owner did make enough room for us to store our bikes! I would definitely rent again and recommend it!

Awesome stay, definitely recommend

We had a great stay. Easy to get to, close enough to shopping/restaurants if you'd like. Parking was great, enough room for several cars if needed. House has way more room than I thought when I first pulled up. We had 4 people and plenty of room for everybody, we didn't feel confined by any means. Lake is very close, could take a 5-10 minute walk if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend!

Great time nice house

This house more than met all of my families needs during our short stay. The owner was very quick with responsiveness in answering all questions. House was clean and well kept. The games were a nice touch and all members of the family loved them. Would love to stay here again until he future.

Winter getaway

We had a lovely valentines weekend winter getaway. Our host Melissa had excellent communication with us. She was quick to respond and even helped us out with an unexpected request. I would definitely book with her again. The house was even more spacious than expected, was great for adults and kids, and was in a great location.

Ski Vacation

We loved this house! It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. My grandchildren were thrilled with the games that were there. Plenty of places to watch tv. So many blankets, towels and pillows. They even had spices, sugar and salt. Thanks for thinking of every thing. We will definitely be back next February.

Just what we needed

Our family, now four couples, and brother in law, spouse and daughter stayed at this we. We were attending a family wedding. It was surprising large. Everyone one had a bedroom and comfortable bed. The common areas were large enough to accommodate us. The extra plus was the house was very well stocked with the basics. Coffee filters, tea bags, shampoo, soaps, etc. We had a wonderful time!

Home away from Home

The property was amazing, very clean very neat and well put together. there was more amenities than i was expecting. it was like I was still at home. Very relaxing, the home felt warm like it was put together with love and care. My family is already begging me to go back and stay longer even our dog didn't want to leave. the distance to the pier was perfect for our teenagers to walk to and swim. we found the Kayak out back to late would've love to take them out.

Awesome stay

The host is very accomadating. They think of everything you will need. Each bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Every bedroom had a soft comfortable blanket and plenty of extra pillows. The house was spotless and clean. There is plenty of room for a very large family to stay and have your own space. There were plenty of games to play. Plus if you have a pet with you they have crates if you need them and they even give you a bandana for your pet. The hostess is very responsive to any questions you might have and even offer suggestions of things to do during your stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay

We loved our time here. House was clean, spacious and fun! Lots of games to choose from in the heat of the day - AC was a nice bonus. We also loved the location. Easy to get to Wolfeboro, Center Harbor and Meredith.

Amazing week at the lake!

Large spacious home that was immaculate and ready for a large family vacation. Arcade games, fire pit, grill, hammock, multiple TV's, and on and on. We needed and extra table and chairs for a large family dinner one night and the owner delivered a table and chairs that afternoon. Wonderful experience and service. I will be staying here again as I have already reserved it for next year!!!

Wendy and I are from the Tuftonboro area. We grew up coming to the lake and love the area. We have a huge family which helps us cater to large groups. We love dogs! We have four of our own and usually have a hospice rescue in the bunch.
