NAUTI LODGE This Nauti Stays Vacation Rental property is just steps away from the Sheraton Hotel (home of Sundance headquarters), the bus stop (free transportation around town and to the resorts), great restaurants, the hot tub and heated pool. This condo is your home away from home (and ours too)! It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ 400 mbps of dedicated secure wifi internet. Upgraded underground parking spot is available for additional fee (see below).

There are 2 pocket dividers between the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a stove/oven, over stove microwave, conventional-sized refrigerator/freezer, 4 slice toaster, dish washer, coffee makers (small and large), Kurig, small blender, and fully stocked with all the basics (and more - like Tupperware, "yeti" cups, etc). There's a counter height table that can seat up to 4 people.

The living room has a dresser, 50 inch cable Samsung Smart TV (with USB and HDMI inputs), ceiling fan, and an electric fire place with heat blower. The unit has baseboard heat and seasonal A/C for those summer months. (3) DryGuy DX Forced Air Boot Dryers are also located in the living room to dry shoes, boots, gloves, etc.

The Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, sink, and 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. It also has 2 touch bedside lamps with USB C and A ports and outlets on each convenient for charging cellular phone and more.

The bathroom is spacious and has been remodeled a walk-in tile shower with frameless sliding glasses doors.

We decided to cut cable since everyone has their own streaming platforms and this helps us keep rental prices lower.

For your comfort, a humidifier and fan are kept in the bedroom closet. The hallway has numerous racks/hooks for skis, jackets, snowboards. and gear. A small hard cooler and soft cooler are kept in the closet for use.

This condo is located on the subterranean level with a view facing outside. Despite being half under ground, there are two large windows that allow a good amount of sunlight in (especially in the morning). One in the bedroom, and one in the living room. There thick blinds and curtains on each to block the sunlight. At this level, the unit is kept cooler in the summer months and warmer in winter. The unit's location within the Carriage House complex makes it just seconds from the underground parking lot and elevator for easy move-in/move-out. You wouldn't know it, but the door is just 20 feet from the indoor Jacuzzi (Open Year Round). The heated pool is seasonal, usually opens May and closes October – weather permitting.

The Carriage House has a surface parking lot (Lot E) directly at the main building entrance. If the lot is full, there are surrounding lots that can be utilized.

***As of December 2023, I was lucky enough to secure 1 reserved parking spot in the underground parking garage under the Sheraton Hotel right outside the back door very close to our unit. This is invaluable when arriving to the condo late at night or when it snows. To offset our cost for this reserved parking spot, our guest(s) can utilize it for $6 per day for the trip as an added fee after booking***

This condo is just feet away from the free bus system that will take you anywhere in Park City which means you have instant FREE transportation wherever you want to go. Be it a short 3 min car ride to Park City Mountain Resort or a 10 min car to Canyons Mountain Resort, this condo is perfectly located. After a day on the mountain, you can relax in the indoor jacuzzi literally 20 feet from the condo front door. After that, take a stroll out the backdoor and choose from any of the numerous restaurants.

Laundry Washer and Dryer are coin or app operated. They are on the 2nd and 4th levels in the building. A 20 second walk. They are not in the unit.

I stock up on and try to provide Suave body soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. If you are like me when you travel, you bring your own preferable toiletries. There is a Revlon, 2 speed, cool shot Hair Blow Dryer. So pack accordingly.

When the condo is booked, I will send you the Welcome Letter that is kept in the condo. A few days prior to your arrival, I will send you the unique Carriage House building code and also your unique condo door code. There are no keys to carry around or worry about losing.

Since this is a shared condo (not just for rental, but owner use), we do not accept reservations with ESA, pets, or service animals due to my and my son's allergies to cat/dog dander.

**For bookings over 11 days, an extra cleaning(s) will need to be completed. This is to change linens, refresh towels, provide cleaning, and to assure the condo stays in good shape - no damage. This charge (at current cleaning rate of $100) will be added at booking and the guest will be advised of the extra charge by the host. For example - If it is a 2 week stay, the extra cleaning will be conducted at or about 7 days.**

** Due to limited housecleaning services on Sundays and Holidays, reservations with Sunday and certain Holiday Check-outs will be accepted only with a $15 fee (Sunday and Holiday Cleaning/Checkout Fee). The Holiday Cleaning/Checkout Fee for CHRISTMAS DAY is $115. This cost will be charged as an "Extra Payment" after reservation is Accepted/Booked. The charge is to offset Sunday and Holiday Cleaning Costs - All money goes to housecleaning. In some cases it may be beneficial to make a Monday Check-out even though you are leaving Sunday or Holiday morning.**

Great place in a quiet part of town. Perfect for our quiet getaway.

We loved how quiet the neighborhood was to allow us relax. It was within walking distance to restaurants and a massage place. Unit was well kept. Owner was great with communication and gave great explanations of how to get to the place and get parking pass. Even gave recommendations of places to eat and other things to do in the area.

Well situated in Park City

Located in Park City, within an easy walk of several eateries, this was a great place to stay. Very convenient and well priced condo. It had all the amenities needed and was warm and comfortable. Chris, the owner was very responsive and helpful, even letting me know about a fire alarm testing that he became aware of during my stay.

Park City - Carriage House Condo

Excellent price for a 1 bedroom condo. Close to Park City skiing - less than 5 min, Canyons 12 min. Easy access to underground parking so car doesn't get icy or snowed on. Home is close to jacuzzi, pool area. Sleeps 4 comfortably, we had 2 in our party. Chris, the owner, kept me up to date with emails and phone. Very easy to get a hold of And accommodating. I recommend the Carriage House strongly. Thank you Chris!

Ideal accommodation

The condo is really well situated - a short drive to downtown (we didn't try the bus, but I believe it runs every 15 minutes or so), and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very easy parking right outside, and Scott provided a permit way in advance. The apartment itself is very well designed and well equipped. All the kitchen stuff you would need for self catering is there. There is a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. A small sitting area with high-spec smart TV. Scott is a great host. Although based in Fla, he is easy to get in touch with and immediately responsive. We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Park City. Gwyneth Paltrow case on at the time. Even she couldn't have faulted Nauti Lodge.

Great location for Spring Skiing Spring Break

We used this condo as our base to ski/ride Park City, the Canyons (2x), Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird (2x) over 7 days. It would've been 7 in 7 days but Alta and Deer Valley do not allow snowboarding. Even though we found that you had to go back out to SLC and back in to Cottonwood Canyon, the night life at Park City made staying here worth it. In retrospect, I would stay here again. Chris is very prompt in responding and communicates well. His condo is very cozy with the one bedroom and pull-out sofa. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook dinner on two of the nights (improvised a little). I think if you planned ahead it would work well for what's there and what you would need to bring/buy. The hot tub is indoor and right across the hall but the outdoor pool is heated and the visitors you meet there are all very nice. My only complaint for the whole stay really is the spotty Internet connection which they are still working on uprading and improving.

We'll be back!

It was a great place to stay for the price. While it was not the largest or fanciest place to stay in Park City it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with pans, bowls, plates etc., although we ended up eating out often at the wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of linens, and towels for the whole week. The extra sink was nice as was having hangers in the closet. Parking was a bit of a challenge but mainly because the nearby Marriott had it's parking area closed for resurfacing. We were still able to find a spot in the garage or upstairs in the main lot when we needed it although it took a bit of searching at times. Chris was great to work with and helped us out with questions we had. It is a basement unit which kept the temperature comfortable even with our air conditioning (although it was kind of dark). We opened the windows at night and while there was some noise from the street we were able to sleep comfortably. It's also right on the bus route so getting anywhere in Park City is easy. The hot tub was out of commission but the pool and BBQ grill were a nice option. If this was a more expensive place I would have given it a lower rating but we felt like it was a very comfortable for the price and a great way to enjoy all that Park City has to offer.

2025 Ski Trip

Comfortable and a great location. Nice decor and well maintained. Owner is very responsive. We skied Deer Valley. Condo is 10 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by bus to Deer Valley. Bus stop is very close.

Great Place - Great Location

This is a great off-mountain condo. There is a bus station right out the back door and another just a short walk from the front door. It is within walking distance of at least a dozen restaurants. It is clean with new appliances and updated bathroom. The community hot tub is across the hall. The owner, Scott, was attentive and communicated everything very well. We didn't have a car with us (and didn't need one), but there is parking available for a small daily fee. We'd would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful comfy condo stay

We loved our stay here! The host was so easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and helped us throughout our visit. Only a 5 minute drive from Main Street Park City, and great amenities! The bed was so comfortable, shower water got hot fast, and couch and electric fireplace were the best! You will need to bring anything you might need for cooking besides salt and pepper, but there were plenty of pans and utensils. Theres a grocery store 3 minutes from the property sp it was easy to get everything we needed! We'd totally stay here again!

Nice place for a ski trip at park city

Overall great stay.. apartment is conveniently located right next to indoor hot tub and a spare public bathroom if you have 4 people staying together it gives an extra option. Condo is kinda small for 4 people plus all ski gear but we made it work well. Looking back we should have rented a car because although the public bus is a pretty good system, routes like trying to get home from the grocery store was difficult (getting there was easy but had to take a different bus home to avoid a 30+ min bus ride home) and also coming home on the bus from skiing can get very crowded on busy days and take a while Condo is located close to a lot of good food options, our favorite was Sammie’s bistro!

Why they chose this property

I have had the blessing to snowboard in many great locales, including Whistler, Washington, Utah, Oregon, Lake Tahoe, Colorado, Killington, Okemo, Jackson Hole, Montana, Idaho, and New York. While those places were memorable, I think Park City has it all! Great mountains, awesome night life, 4 star restaurants, free convenient transportation, and warm, friendly people. I loved the area so much, I purchased this condo in May of 2013 after visiting Park City 2 times.

What makes this property unique

My unit is a few steps from the Jacuzzi and Heated Pool. Literally 20 ft. The free bus stop is also just 75 ft. away from the door to my unit. Its perfectly located in the building.
