Super Fun house. You pull up and think you got a dud, but then you open the door and are blown away by the layout and all it has. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the space.

This remodeled home was a great fit for four 80 ladies. Plenty of space, great kitchen and bedrooms. We particularly enjoyed the outside space with comfortable seating. We did have difficulty with the internet, which we were not able to use until the last night. We appreciated being near the park and good walking paths. We will be back!

I leave my number on the refrigerator if anything ever goes wrong. My grand daughter was in the hospital with a swollen brain and many other ailments. I am sorry I couldn’t reason when I receive a call from someone I didn’t know along with the dozen spam calls o receive daily. Also the router has the the password and WiFi connection on it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is spacious, quiet, and peaceful, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it perfect for a group or family. There is plenty of comfortable seating both downstairs and outdoors, offering lots of space to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and the property's proximity to the river was an added bonus. Hearing the soothing sounds of the water made the setting even more relaxing. A wonderful place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet! Pet friendly. Excellent host communication.

The house was clean and family friendly I wish there had been more details on what we needed to do when we checked out. Where do we put dirty towels, sheets, etc. We did not use the out side area. We only had 3 people and the price was great. It was easy to visit Abilene too. Thank you for a great experience.

When we took dishes, silverware, cups, etc out of the cabinets some were not clean. We had to wash the dishes before we used them. We ran the dishwasher last night and the water did not drain out of it so we ran it empty this morning to try to remove the water. You need to check and see if it drained. We found a broken coffee mug in the cabinet. Left it on the counter. The house was nice, but it needs a good cleaning.

I wish people will let me know asap as something isn’t working. I would have taken care of anything of the dishwasher as soon as possible. I give guests my number and leave it on the refrigerator. I never heard a word till this review. I don’t believe it ever needs a cleaning. Our cleaner is the best in the area. Our cleaner did say you guys broke the mug and blamed it on her. And the dishwasher is less than a year old. So should I charge you $500 for a new one because you never said a word while you were there. Instead I hear this now with a bad review.

Spacious rooms throughout the home, nice appliances. Plenty of towels. Loved the backyard space! We were there with another couple and enjoyed sitting out at night chatting under the pergola draped with string lights. Thank you so much!

Need an a place to stay last minute and lucky for us this house was available and they got back to us very quickly. The house exceeded our expectations and was absolutely adorable and has so much charm. If we are ever back up in this area, we would 100% stay here again.

Great stay! We had a wonderful family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and dog friendly! We were able to utilize the grill easily. The backyard was great for the family to hang out and play games. Easy access to Indian Rock & the river. Jenny was a very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend this house! Will definitely be back. Thank you Jenny!

It was a nice stay for one night. Big windows, large beams, cozy atmosphere Bathrooms could use some work. There were two bathtubs, one even a Jacuzzi tub, but neither of them were usable as the drain plugs were inoperable. Showers only. The door to the master bedroom bathroom sticks, and my daughter had a bit of a freak out when she got stuck in the bathroom🤦 Oh, and one of the toilets is improperly installed as it rocks back abruptly once sat upon.The whole house could have been cleaner. It is an older house that has had a little bit of a facelift, but you can still see some wrinkles. It's nice, could be nicer. For the price we paid, I expected a little better. I appreciated having enough room for my family of 5 to spread out and enjoy. The walking trails across the street made for a nice morning walk, and even got in a game of large jenga with my daughter which was nice.

She was our first ever. I broke my first rule and she wanted to have 12 people in a house that fit 6. She ruined my brand new quilt and she complained about not being to use the laundry room so she can wash all her 12 people of 3 days worth of laundry. She had no issues other then an Unchristian women who didn’t see the before and after the 125k I spent on the home. The minor details that she seem to blatantly point out out of spite not thinking of a person who spent her life savings to be able to come home to visit my elderly mom on a regular basis who lives on the same street a block away. This house is exceptionally made and one of a kind home in Salina. Please don’t let this women take away from the quality and craftsmanship of this home. Thank you for your consideration
