Nuova costruzione, casa di 2.900 piedi quadrati (2300 'livelli principali, 600' seminterrato) con ampie vedute del comprensorio sciistico di Breckenridge e la gamma dei dieci miglia. La casa e la vasca idromassaggio sono adiacenti al French Creek e possono ospitare fino a 11 persone. Seminterrato recentemente finito con 47 'HDTV, DVD Blue Ray, bar e sala giochi.

Situata nel quartiere Breckenridge di Vista Point, questa casa per non fumatori si trova a soli tre quarti di miglio a piedi da Main Street. È disponibile anche un autobus GRATUITO (la Summit Stage, vedi link sotto) per portarti sulle piste (direttamente alla funivia di Breck) o in città.

Great place to stay!

Loved this house! Myself and 9 of my friends booked this location for our annual snowboarding trip. The house was beautiful, accommodated all of us well and was in a perfect location. Will be booking this same house next year! -Erich and friends

Great amenities beautiful views!

We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

We really enjoyed out stay. Everything was so close to the house - nothing more than a 5-10 minute drive. The house is so cute and great for a group of friend or a family trip. Would stay here again!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had a group of 10 and this was the perfect property for us. Plenty of space for everyone. The views from the house were magnificent and we really enjoyed the ease of getting to the free ride! Communication with point of contact was the best. He was quick to respond to my questions and very thorough!

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. The hot tub was also much appreciated!

Great location

What a wonderful home! Our family enjoyed the proximity to downtown but really enjoyed the hiking/walking trails directly behind the house! The views from this house are spectacular and the house is roomy and comfortable.

Breckenridge Family Vacation

Our stay in Breckenridge was everything we hoped it would be. The house became our home for our family. Everyone enjoyed the location and roominess of the house. We would definitely come back again and we highly recommend this house.

Wedding Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for my oldest son's wedding at Blue Lake. We absolutely loved the house. The views were breath taking and the location was unbeatable. The house was everything we could hope for and more.

Home was very clean, and well accommodating. The home is 7 to 10 minutes from all attractions. Host was very helpful with any questions asked. Beautiful views!! GREAT STAY!! Would definitely stay again.

Multi-family Thanksgiving

This house was amazing. Beautiful house with a great view. Close to everything in town. We had 3 families with kids and everyone had plenty of room. Great place for the kids with lots of games and activities. This is our fourth Thanksgiving ski trip and this was definitely our favorite house that we have rented. Would love to stay here again if we choose Breckenridge again. Owners were responsive and easy to work with.

CLEAN HOUSE WITH AN AWESOME VIEW

This house was perfect! Very clean. Nicely decorated. And the view was incredible. What we also enjoyed was the river right out the back door! Slept with our windows open every night and listened to the water. Owner was quick to response when we had a question on the WiFi too. You can walk to town although it is a little distance. We absolutely loved Breckenridge and this house!

Great house. Great locatio

This was a fabulous house. Very open floor plan. 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Backs to a walking path and awesome sounds for the river. Couldn't have been more perfect of a house for us. There wasn't anything that we were missing. The owner communication was great. Thanks for a lovely house.

Great location, spacious and perfect for several families

We really enjoyed our stay here, the home is very large and perfect for several families with kids. We have a 2 yr old and stayed in the master bedroom that had a walk in closet where we were able to put her pack n play in there and she slept soundly while the adults and older kids played on the main floor and game room downs stairs. Location was great, the shuttle to Breckenridge ski resort was about a 5 min walk and very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed pans and well organized. Jen was very easy to communicate with and had quick responses. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great house

Everything was great ! House is located 5 mins away from everything you need like gondola or main street shops so you have peaceful place to stay and can dive into crowd in minutes . The cleanliness could be better but I totally understand that during the peak season this property is booked months ahead so they have only 4-5 hours in between tenants so I can't complain much about it . Manager answered all questions promptly

Perfect house for this family that loves to hike and cook

We loved the location of this house, away from traffic but convenient to town. Seven of us adults were very comfortable, with some beds to spare. Excellent HVAC, fast Wi-Fi (some of us had to do some work teleconferencing), nicely appointed kitchen, nice big dining table with a beautiful mountain view. The owners were very responsive before and after our stay. At night, the back porch provides a great view of the stars. An unexpected pleasure was walking out the back door onto a path that leads up the mountain or down to Main Street. We hope to return to Breckenridge, and this will be our go-to place, even after having scouted other areas.

Great place to stay!!

4 couples stayed for a week. There was plenty of space to either be together or to step away from the group for a bit. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms nice size and comfortable. Each couple having their own bathroom was a definite plus. There was a big open room downstairs that we didn't even use except to pass through to the hot tub. It was perfect for a family get together. Free transit pickup a block down the street that takes you all over Breckenridge and even into Frisco. Hiking trails right outside the back door. LOVED the running creek outside. Enjoyed the cool weather and the sound of the water in the evening. Jennifer was prompt in answering questions before we got there and even during our stay. Highly recommend this home!!

Beautiful house, incompetent home owner.

The trip started out good then went down hill. First the cable went out for several days. The property manager was out of town for the weekend and the owner would not speak to me, only email. Then the hot quit working, again I tried to reach the property manager, but because he lives 45 minuets away in a bad coverage area, he did not return my call for 12 hours. I would rent this home only if you anticipate no problems. If you do have any problems GOOD LUCK.

Family owned for twenty years. We live in Littleton, Colorado, and love to vacation in Breckenridge year round. It's a great town, and our whole family loves to visit town, ski, sled, bike ride, and stay at our house.

Breckenridge has great activities year round. This location allowed us to get ~3000 square feet of new construction with great proximity to town: the free bus a block away, or a 20 minute walk during summer.

We have a great view of Peak 8 from our house (and hot-tub). There is a creek right behind the house, which is fun to listen to during spring, summer and fall.
