Welcome to Arden Woods in Spring, TX! Perfect for short-term getaways, monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, in-unit laundry, and a dedicated workspace. Stay active in the fitness center with digital integrated TVs and players, cool off in the swimming pool, or relax in poolside cabanas. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
