Whether you're traveling for work or visiting friends & family, this newly renovated home is perfect for you. This stylish 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom home is centrally located just 12 minutes from IAH (airport), 10 minutes from Humble, and just a little over 20 minutes from Downtown Houston. Has quick access to a variety of restaurants and a multitude of well-maintained parks with long hiking trails. Walking distance from Grocery store for last minute needs. The House has 2 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 5 with the following sleeping arrangements:
Master Bedroom (1 Queen)
Side Bedroom (1 Queen)
Couch

If more than 4 bath towels or extra blankets are needed please message to request these items prior to your stay to guarantee that there will be enough to accommodate your party!

Amenities include a dedicated work space, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer onsite.

All Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40 per trip.

Clean and cozy.

We only stayed a few hours from our arrival at 9pm until our flight at 3am, but it was very clean and cozy with an updated interior to make this a great stay.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Fun games, lovely hammock, comfy beds and clean. The host was great to work with! Thanks for a great place to crash while in Spring for the week! We hope to stay again!

Great property in a very convenient location. Spacious 2 bedroom, large bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were awesome. Highly recommend if you're visiting the Houston area. We'll be back 🙂

This is just what we needed for a few days in Spring, TX. Quiet neighborhood with ample space. There is a washing machine and dryer which was a big plus since we were on a long road trip.

Amazing stay!

10/10 recommend! So clean and uncluttered. Nice furniture and all the amenities you would need. Including some treats. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable- had the best sleep Ive had in awhile. Nice outdoor fenced in patio - was perfect for a late night drink and coffee in the morning. Quiet neighborhood, house was nestled into a cul de sac. Felt very safe and at home.

Great Value

The inside looks better in person. Check in was easy. Nice amenities. My only suggestion would be to add more cleaning supplies like disinfectant wipes, a Swiffer or mop, and a vacuum. But overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

-Host generally responds within 8 hours. -Overall the home is clean-not a stand alone home, but a duplex- Furnishings are good for a college dorm. Beds have foam toppings that are smaller than mattress. Camping chair used for living room furniture. Bar stools are about two feet too short for bar. Lamp in room was broken. Host brought a replacement 2day. - We arrived to strong smell of weed. Reached out to owner who was aware. Response was 'we would not charged for smoke smell'. Asked for glade fresheners or candles. Host dropped off a can of spray and one plug in. -air conditioner stopped working 3d day into stay. Host initially assumed we did not know how to use it. There was no direct phone number listed on VRBO. When calling the number listed, it was VRBO complaint line. Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Agent said the owner wanted a picture of thermostat. Again refusing to believe the unit was not working. Temp was 79 in house.

February in Spring TX

This property met our needs as far as space, appliances, contents and location. Very near airport but noise was not an issue. It was clean and we felt safe. However, the backyard, which we hoped to spend time in with our dog, was not as pictured. Tiny and uncared for, long untrimmed grass that made me fear ticks, ponding when it rained. The beds were mere pieces of 5 inch foam on top of a box spring, so pretty uncomfortable. Same with the sofa, it gave me a backache. Bad curb appeal with broken blinds in all the front windows. But so do most of the homes in the neighborhood, which is older and rundown. Property could probably use an update, especially the furniture. We stayed 17 days to enjoy TX warmth for February and visit family nearby. Probably ok for a shorter stay.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the space, location, and cleanliness. Regarding the backyard, due to it being spring the grass growth has been rapid, but the lawn was cut right before your check-in. However, we will continue to improve yard maintenance. We apologize that you did not find the beds comfortable. But, just to clarify, the beds are all mattresses with a foam topper, not box springs, but we appreciate your input on comfort and will consider updates. We hope you still had a great visit with family and enjoyed the Texas warmth. Thanks for staying with us!

Two thumbs down

It is a duplex! It did not mention that in the description! Every house was a duplex… there were so many vehicles parked in the street. We were unloading our vehicle and we heard a gunshot. The bed had a piece of foam on top of the boxspring… there was no mattress! There were 3 towels… no wash cloths… no hand towels… no kitchen towels… The kitchen was bare… there were no utensils to use to cook.. there were no mixing type bowls… The bedroom door to outside did not lock. The front doorknob was wobbly and falling off. We walked away after the first night and went to a hotel. We do not recommend this VRBO.

Hello Vicki, we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your stay. We wish you would have told us this information during your stay instead of weeks after and we would have addressed them right away! Just to be clear, no guest has ever communicated to us that they felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We lived in the neighborhood ourselves as does our maintenance team and no gunshots were heard or reported in the area during the dates of your stay. Both of the beds have a box spring, mattress, as well as a foam mattress topper to make them even more comfortable. More towels are always available upon request. The kitchen has all the necessities that someone may need for a short stay (pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic spices) but is by no means equipped like a home kitchen would be. We wish you would have communicated that you were unhappy with your stay and left your booking early to look for other accommodations. We would have been willing to offer you a partial refund for the remainder of your stay!

This property is a duplex (not mentioned in the listing. and an older property. Pictures seem slightly dated. Property was clean and host was responsive. I will say the beds leave a lot to be desired. Mattresses should have long since been replaced. They have old foam on top of beds for added comfort which was not great. The mattresses just need replacing in my opinion. Pillows were the equivalent of hospital pillows and bed linens give college room vibes. Minimal pillows and towels. If you are looking for comfort, this is not the place for you. Hosts definitely don’t go above and beyond in the department of comfort. However, we could have made due if absolutely necessary. However, the big problem was the faint left over cigarette smell. We tried to stay for a few minutes, but the smell gave my pregnant daughter a headache, and we ultimately had to leave before even staying one night to find someone else to go. Extremely disappointing. Host only provided a partial refund. Would not recommend this property.
